摘要: There are described thermoelectric elements that are manufactured by using a porous matrix or a porous substrate. The matrix consists of an electrically insulating material having sufficient thermal and chemical resistance as well as the lowest possible thermal conductivity, and is provided in predetermined regions with different thermoelectric materials, so that continuous conductors are formed in the matrix. These are electrically connected to one another to form thermocouples, which in turn are electrically interconnected with one another to form the thermoelectric element.

摘要: This invention relates to a process for the production of granulates by fluidized bed spray granulation and to a device for this purpose. Liquid starting materials may be converted into granulates by fluidized bed spray granulation. In order to ensure elevated material throughput, numerous nozzles, which are moreover susceptible to plugging and encrustation, must be installed. The disadvantages of known processes may be overcome according to the invention by arranging at least two spray nozzles at least partially directed towards each other in such a manner and the quantity of spray is adjusted in such a manner that their spray jets collide within the fluidized bed and substantially no liquid strike-through occurs onto a surface delimiting the fluidized bed or out of the fluidized bed. The spray jets of two spray nozzles directed towards each other collide frontally or enclose an angle of less than 180.degree.; the angle is preferably between 150.degree. and 180.degree..The device according to the invention comprises a flow channel (1) with laterally arranged spray nozzles (8), wherein in each case two exactly opposing or staggered spray nozzles are oriented in such a manner that the spray jets collide within the fluidized bed. Sodium percarbonate production is exemplfied.

摘要: An aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide is produced by direct synthesis from hydrogen and oxygen in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst. According to the invention, a gas mixture comprising H.sub.2 and O.sub.2, essentially saturated or supersaturated with water (=containing fog) is fed into a reactor containing the catalyst. The volume ratio of the gas mixture fed in (standard liters per hour) to liquid removed (liters per hour) is adjusted to a value equal to or greater than 15,000, especially 20,000 to 50,000, and the gas mixture leaving the reactor is recycled after replenishment with H.sub.2, O.sub.2, and H.sub.2 O vapor. Solutions with high H.sub.2 O.sub.2 concentration can be obtained according to the invention without additional concentration.

摘要: A process for the preparation of an animal feed supplement based on fermentation broth is disclosed, wherein the supplement contains wholly or predominantly a fermentation product and the other constituents of the fermentation broth, which is characterised in that the fermentation broth is granulated, compacted and dried in a fluidised bed in one step whilst a sufficient amount of energy to obtain a desired particle diameter and a desired bulk density is introduced into the fluidised bed by mechanical device in addition to the energy required to produce the fluidised bed. As a result of this, it is possible, inter alia, to prepare continuously, in a single process step, granules conforming to specification of additives such as lysine, threonine or tryptophan using, in particular, raw fermentation broths as starting substance.
