Abstract: Provided is a film that has high-quality low gloss appearance with a small change in appearance of texture as observed at various viewing angles and that has tactile texture. Solution means A film of an embodiment is a film including a surface layer embossed, wherein the surface layer includes a low gloss layer and a gloss printed pattern partially covering the low gloss layer, (1) 85-degree surface glossiness of the surface layer is less than or equal to 3.5 GU as an in-plane average value; (2) Δ85-degree surface glossiness defined by a difference between an in-plane maximum value of the 85-degree surface glossiness and the in-plane average value of the 85-degree surface glossiness of the surface layer (= in-plane maximum value of 85-degree surface glossiness - in-plane average value of 85-degree surface glossiness) is from 0.2 to 2.5, and (3) surface roughness Ra of an embossed surface of the film is greater than or equal to 3.5 µm.

Abstract: Object: The present disclosure provides a film having a low gloss appearance and excellent scratch resistance, and a surface coating composition that can be used in the production of such a film. Resolution Means: The film of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a scratch resistant surface layer containing a binder containing a urethane resin, urethane resin beads having an average particle diameter of 3 μm to 30 μm, hard particles having an average particle diameter of 5 μm to 45 μm; and nanosilica particles. The surface layer contains the hard particles in an amount of 30 parts by mass to 500 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the binder. The gloss of the surface layer is approximately 5.5 GU or less at 60 degrees.

Abstract: Object: Provided is a stretchable film having a low-glass appearance, wherein the low gloss appearance does not readily change even when the film is stretched. Solution: A stretchable film of one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a surface layer including: a binder comprising urethane resin; urethane resin beads having an average particle size of not less than 4 μm and not greater than 20 μm; and nanosilica particles; wherein the surface gloss is not greater than 5 GU at 60 degrees.
