Ocular hypertension targets include carbonic anhydrase II, IV, and XII; β1- and β2 adrenergic receptors; acetylcholinesterase; Na+/K+-ATPase; and Na—K—2Cl cotransporter. Ocular hypertension is treated by administering interfering RNAs of the present invention.
