    Abstract: A quantum dot light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel. The quantum dot light-emitting device comprises: a quantum dot layer and an electron transport layer adjacent to the quantum dot layer; the electron transport layer comprises a first group, and the quantum dot layer comprises a second group; the first group and the second group each comprise a hydrophilic group. The first group and the second group are combined by means of a hydrogen bond on contact surfaces of the quantum dot layer and the electron transport layer, to enhance an interface interaction force between the quantum dot layer and the electron transport layer, thereby reducing interface defects of the quantum dot layer and the electron transport layer, and improving the electroluminescence performance and stability of the quantum dot device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel. The method includes: providing a base substrate; forming a quantum dot material layer on the base substrate by using a mixture of a quantum dot material and ester compounds; enabling the ester compounds in the quantum dot material layer to react by a sol-gel method to form a sol-gel layer that is doped with nanoparticles; performing a curing processing on the sol-gel layer to obtain a quantum dot color film layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display panel, its driving method, and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other to form a cell, a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a pixel electrode arranged on the second substrate. A sensing electrode to which an external voltage is to be applied is arranged at a region of the first substrate corresponding to the liquid crystal layer. At a display stage, an electric field is generated between the sensing electrode to which the external voltage is applied and the pixel electrode to which a data voltage is applied, so as to drive liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer to deflect. The sensing electrode is a black matrix and/or color filter made of a conductive material and arranged on the first substrate.
