    摘要: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, a thin film transistor, a reflective layer, and an organic emission device. The thin film transistor includes an active layer patterned on the substrate at a predetermined interval, a gate electrode, and source/drain electrodes. The reflective layer is between the substrate and the active layer. The organic emission device has sequentially stacked therein a pixel electrode electrically connected to the TFT, an intermediate layer including an emission layer, and an opposing electrode.
