    Abstract: A display device and a method of driving the same, in which the display device includes: a light-emitting element; a first capacitor connected between first and second contact points; a driving transistor that has a control terminal connected to the second contact point, an input terminal connected to a driving voltage, and an output terminal connected to the light-emitting element; a first switching transistor connected between a data voltage or a sustain voltage and the first contact point; a second switching transistor connected between the second contact point and the output terminal of the driving transistor; and a third switching transistor connected between a reference current source and the output terminal of the driving transistor.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, a thin film transistor, a reflective layer, and an organic emission device. The thin film transistor includes an active layer patterned on the substrate at a predetermined interval, a gate electrode, and source/drain electrodes. The reflective layer is between the substrate and the active layer. The organic emission device has sequentially stacked therein a pixel electrode electrically connected to the TFT, an intermediate layer including an emission layer, and an opposing electrode.

    Abstract: A mask for sequential lateral solidification (SLS) which is capable of preventing an overlapping region and a diagonal stain based on a crystallization pattern of an active layer. The mask for SLS, which moves in a first direction and selectively transmits a laser beam emitted by a laser emitting device, includes slits which are formed such that the width of a slit in the first direction is smaller than the width of the slit in a second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the slits is tilted by a predetermined angle with respect to the first direction.
