Abstract: A signal processing method and apparatus, a device, and a computer readable storage medium are provided, which relate to the field of communication technology, to reduce collisions of physical broadcast channel (PBCH) demodulation reference signals (DMRSs). The signal processing method provided by embodiments of the present disclosure includes: generating a plurality of candidate PBCH DMRS sequences; acquiring a mapping relationship between PBCH DMRS sequences and resource element (RE) groups; and transmitting the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences by using RE groups corresponding to the candidate PBCH DMRS sequences according to the mapping relationship. Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure may reduce collisions of PBCH DMRSs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a resource configuration method and device, and a computer storage medium, for enabling configuration of a remaining minimum system information control resource set to be more flexibly when the remaining minimum system information control resource set and an associated synchronous information block occupy a same beam by means of frequency division multiplexing, so as to be applicable to more application scenarios. The resource configuration method provided by the present application comprises: determining that a remaining minimum system information control resource set and an associated synchronous information block occupy a same beam by means of frequency division multiplexing; and determining configuration parameters of the remaining minimum system information control resource set and the associated synchronous information block, wherein the configuration parameters of the remaining minimum system information control resource set associated with the synchronous information blocks in each synchronous information block burst set are the same.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for determining an RA-RNTI. In the present application, a base station receives a random access preamble sent by a terminal; the base station determines an RA-RNTI according to a time-frequency resource occupied by the random access preamble, wherein the time-frequency resource is a time-frequency resource of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol level; and the base station sends a random access response message, wherein the random access response message comprises downlink control information allocated, by the base station, for the terminal, and the downlink control information is scrambled using the RA-RNTI. By means of the present application, an RA-RNTI can be determined during a random access process of an NR system.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a radio link monitoring method and apparatus, the method comprising: when a UE performs radio link monitoring, the UE monitors a downlink signal of a primary serving cell to obtain monitoring results; and the UE compares the monitoring results with an required synchronization threshold to determine whether the UE is in a synchronized state; the synchronization threshold is determined on the basis of preset parameters. The present invention solves the problems in the prior art of the complexity of defining RLM performance requirements, and being unable to provide the needed flexibility for supporting different specific systems by means of adjusting thresholds.

Abstract: A random access method, a base station and a User Equipment (UE) are provided. Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method, device, and system. The method comprises: for the transmission of random access uplink data, according to the correspondence between preambles and data resources as described by a protocol, determining the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission, different preambles corresponding to different data resources; transmitting the preamble and the uplink data that uses the determined data resource. In the embodiments of the present invention, a protocol describes the correspondence between preambles and data resources. For the transmission of random access uplink data, the data resource corresponding to the preamble in the uplink data transmission can be determined, and different preambles correspond to different data resources. Thus it can be ensured that different users use different data resources to bear uplink data, thereby enabling the data portion multiplexing for multiple users.

Abstract: An uplink scheduling-free transmission method and an uplink scheduling-free transmission device are provided. The uplink scheduling-free transmission method includes: dividing, by a base station, MA resources into groups of MA resources, and configuring, by the base station, the groups of MA resources to obtain at least two groups of MA resource pools, wherein at least parts of respective MA resources in the at least two groups of MA resource pools are different from each other; and notifying, by the base station, a UE of the at least two groups of MA resource pools, to enable the UE to select an MA resource pool from the at least two groups of MA resource pools, wherein the selected MA resource pool is to be used by the UE.
