    Abstract: The present invention relates to a boot and connector assembly. The boot has a through hole passing therethrough and a boot body enclosing the through hole, the boot body comprising: a neck sealing portion presenting a substantially cylindrical shape, wherein the neck sealing portion has an inner diameter maintained substantially constant; a body portion located at the proximal side of the neck sealing portion and presenting a generally cylindrical shape, wherein the body portion has an inner diameter and an outer diameter that are both greater than the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the neck sealing portion; and a gap passing portion connecting the neck sealing portion to the body portion and having a substantially frustoconical shape, wherein the gap passing portion has an inner diameter gradually increasing from the inner diameter of the neck sealing portion to the inner diameter of the body portion, and an outer diameter gradually increasing from the outer diameter of the neck sealing portion to the outer diameter of the body portion. The boot of the present disclosure effectively solves the problem that the boot interferes with other components so that the boot is unable to extend to the antenna panel when the mounting space is small, and also has the advantages of simple to manufacture, convenient to mount and high efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a testing device comprising a bracket including a first groove and a second groove parallel to each other, wherein the first groove and the second groove run through an inner surface of the bracket perpendicularly to a thickness direction of the testing device; a plate assembly including a first plate and a second plate parallel to each other, wherein the first plate is disposed within the first groove and fits closely within the first groove along a length direction and a thickness direction of the testing device, the second plate is disposed within the second groove, with a gap present in the second groove along a length direction and/or a thickness direction of the testing device; a connector array including a plurality of connector assemblies disposed on the plate assembly in a predetermined pattern, wherein each of the plurality of connector assemblies is connected between the first plate and the second plate; and a displacing tool disposed on the bracket and/or the plate assembly and configured to displace the second plate relative to the first plate within the second groove along a length direction and/or a thickness direction of the testing device. The testing device may simulate various different axial deviations and/or angular deviations of the opposed printed circuit boards, and may be used to test the performance parameters such as low PIM, return loss and insertion loss between the printed circuit boards and the connectors under different axial deviations and/or angular deviations.

    Abstract: A retractable pin includes: a cylindrical body, a retractable member with an insertion cavity at one end, and a spring disposed in a spring cavity defined by the combination of the retractable member and the cylindrical body. Upon application of a force to a free end of the retractable member, the retractable member is configured to retract into the cylindrical body by means of compression of the spring. This invention is further directed to a coaxial connector including a retractable pin as described above.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a modular connector assembly and a base station antenna. The modular connector assembly comprises a support and a plurality of connectors mounted on the support. The support is configured as a one-piece support and provided with a plurality of through holes for mounting of the connectors. Each connector is configured to be formed of a first component and a second component that are connectable to each other. The first component and the second component of each connector are located on opposite sides of the support, respectively, are connected to each other by passing through the through holes in the support, and sandwich the support therebetween, thereby fixedly mounting each connector to the support.

    Abstract: An assembly includes: a coaxial cable; a coaxial connector having an inner contact and an outer conductor body, the outer conductor body having a rear portion electrically connected with the outer conductor of the coaxial cable to form a joint; and a protective boot that overlies a forward portion of the coaxial cable and the rear portion of the outer conductor body to protect the joint between the coaxial cable and the connector. The boot comprises a body with a bore extending therethrough and includes a cable sealing section at one end that interference fits with the jacket of the cable to provide sufficient support for coaxial cable and creates a first seal with the jacket of the cable. The boot further including a feature within the bore that engages the outer conductor body forward of the electrical connection between the outer conductor and the outer conductor body.

    Abstract: A fixture for testing coaxial connectors for PIM includes: (a) an adapter connector comprising an inner contact; an outer body that circumferentially surrounds and that is spaced from the inner contact, the outer body including an inner ring and an outer ring with a gap therebetween; and a resilient member in electrical contact with the outer body; and (b) a foundation including a fixed sleeve and a biasing member, the biasing member exerting an axial force on the sleeve and the outer body, the biasing member permitting axial and radial adjustment of the outer body and inner contact relative to the sleeve. The gap between the inner and outer rings of the outer body is configured to receive an outer ring of an outer body of a coaxial connector to be tested.     Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a coaxial connector including a female connector and a male connector, which have free ends. The female connector includes: a first inner conductor; a first outer conductor; and a first insulator arranged between the first inner conductor and the first outer conductor.
