    Abstract: An electrical connector assembly includes: a first module including a mounting plate and a plurality of first electrical connectors; a second module including a housing and a plurality of second electrical connectors; wherein the electrical connector assembly has a locking device including at least one first interlocking member disposed on the first module and at least one second interlocking member disposed on the second module, wherein one of the first interlocking member and the second interlocking member is provided with a protrusion, and the other of the first interlocking member and the second interlocking member is provided with a hole for receiving the protrusion, wherein one of the projection and the hole is elastically actuatable so as to lock or unlock the first module and the second module.

    Abstract: In a coaxial connector and a board-to-board connector assembly, the coaxial connector includes: a first coaxial connector portion including a first outer conductor, a first inner conductor, and a first dielectric spacer disposed between the first outer conductor and the first inner conductor; a second coaxial connector portion including a second outer conductor, a second inner conductor, and a second dielectric spacer disposed between the second outer conductor and the second inner conductor; and a first elastic element disposed between the first outer conductor of the first coaxial connector portion and the second outer conductor of the second coaxial connector portion. The first elastic element is configured such that the second coaxial connector portion is floatable axially and radially relative to the first coaxial connector portion, and the first elastic element is adapted to form an electrical connection between the first outer conductor and the second outer conductor.

    Abstract: A quick-locking male connector includes: an inner contact; an insulator; an outer contact; a spring basket with a plurality of spring fingers; an elastic claw with at least radially-inward one tooth and a radially-outward nub; a connector body attached to the outer contact; and a coupling nut having at least one radially-inward extending nub. The coupling nut is movable between a rear unsecured position, in which the nub of the coupling nut is rearward of the nub of the claw, and a forward secured condition, in which the nub of the coupling nut engages the nub of the claw and forces the at least one tooth of the claw radially inward to engage with a thread of an outer conductor body of a mating female connector. The spring fingers of the spring basket apply radially-outward pressure to the outer conductor body of the mating female connector.

    Abstract: A coaxial bias T-connector includes: first and second coaxial cables; a rear body electrically connected to the first cable outer conductor; a first inner contact positioned within the rear body and electrically connected with the first inner conductor; a front body connected with the rear body and including a forward portion; a second inner contact positioned within the front body and electrically connected with the first inner contact; a spring basket including a plurality of spring fingers and electrically connected with the forward portion of the front body and electrically isolated from the second inner contact, the forward portion of the front body, the spring fingers and the second inner contact forming a 4.3/10 interface; a third inner contact electrically connected with the second cable inner conductor; and a coaxial fitting electrically connected with the front body and with the second cable outer conductor. The third inner contact is in electrical connection with the second inner contact.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an anti-misplug coaxial connector assembly for preventing the misplug of a 4.1-9.5 type connector that includes a female connector and a male connector. The female connector includes: a first inner conductor provided with an accommodation cavity defining a longitudinal axis; a first outer conductor; and a first insulator arranged between the first inner conductor and the first outer conductor. The male connector includes: a second inner conductor, a second outer conductor, and a second insulator arranged between the second inner conductor and the second outer conductor. The first outer conductor and the second outer conductor form radial contact by means of a resilient finger-shaped element, and the resilient finger-shaped element surrounds the second insulator. The first insulator includes a main body portion circumferentially surrounding the first inner conductor, the first insulator includes a shoulder portion on an end portion opposite to the free end portion, and the shoulder portion protruding outwardly along the radial direction relative to the main body portion so as to engage the first outer conductor, and the outer diameter of the main body portion of the first inner conductor is greater than the inner diameter of the outer conductor of a male connector of the 4.1-9.5 type connector.

    Abstract: A coaxial connector comprises an outer conductor, an inner conductor, and a dielectric spacer disposed between the outer conductor and the inner conductor. The outer conductor includes a first outer conductor component and a second outer conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first outer conductor component. The inner conductor includes a first inner conductor component and a second inner conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector further includes a first elastic element disposed around an outer circumference of the proximal portion of the second outer conductor component, and a second elastic element disposed in the cavity of the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector is self-adaptive for the mating, and is particularly suitable for board-to-board connector assemblies and may ensure a high return loss performance and good PIM characteristics.

    Abstract: A coaxial connector comprises an outer conductor, an inner conductor, and a dielectric spacer disposed between the outer conductor and the inner conductor. The outer conductor includes a first outer conductor component and a second outer conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first outer conductor component. The inner conductor includes a first inner conductor component and a second inner conductor component configured to be floatable axially and radially relative to the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector further includes a first elastic element disposed around an outer circumference of the proximal portion of the second outer conductor component, and a second elastic element disposed in the cavity of the first inner conductor component. The coaxial connector is self-adaptive for the mating, and is particularly suitable for board-to-board connector assemblies and may ensure a high return loss performance and good PIM characteristics.

    Abstract: A fixture for testing coaxial connectors for PIM includes: (a) an adapter connector comprising an inner contact; an outer body that circumferentially surrounds and that is spaced from the inner contact, the outer body including an inner ring and an outer ring with a gap therebetween; and a resilient member in electrical contact with the outer body; and (b) a foundation including a fixed sleeve and a biasing member, the biasing member exerting an axial force on the sleeve and the outer body, the biasing member permitting axial and radial adjustment of the outer body and inner contact relative to the sleeve. The gap between the inner and outer rings of the outer body is configured to receive an outer ring of an outer body of a coaxial connector to be tested. The inner ring of the test fixture is located to be radially outward of an inner ring of the outer body of the coaxial connector to be tested. The resilient member is positioned to apply radial pressure to the inner ring of the outer body of coaxial connector to be tested.
