    摘要: A winding shaft structure includes a winding shaft holder rotatable around an axial direction of the winding shaft structure, a first shaft group connected to one side of the winding shaft holder in the axial direction and configured to rotate together with the winding shaft holder, a second shaft group disposed on a side of the first shaft group in a radial direction of the winding shaft structure, a connecting member connected between the first shaft group and the second shaft group such that the second shaft group is movable with respect to the first shaft group in the radial direction via the connecting member, and a piezoelectric adjustment member disposed between the first shaft group and the second shaft group and deformable in the radial direction to adjust a distance between the first shaft group and the second shaft group.

    摘要: Provided are a winding device and a winding apparatus. An inner shaft of the winding device is configured to clamp an electrode assembly; and an outer shaft of the winding device is configured to wind the electrode assembly. The winding device includes: a first slider and a first pusher, where the first slider may reciprocate in a first sliding slot in the first pusher in a first direction, and an extension direction of the first sliding slot is inclined from the first direction such that the first pusher drives a first inner shaft to reciprocate in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction; and a second slider and a second pusher, where the second slider may reciprocate in a second sliding slot in the second pusher in a third direction, and an extension direction of the second sliding slot is inclined from the third direction.

    摘要: A welding assembly for a liquid-injection hole of a secondary battery, including a top cover of a case, a liquid-injection hole, a sealing cover-plate and a stress release structure, wherein the liquid-injection hole is disposed in the top cover and includes a assembling recess and a through-hole arranged sequentially from top to bottom of the top cover, the assembling recess and the through-hole present a stepped transition and the radial dimension of the assembling recess is larger than that of the through-hole. The sealing cover-plate is accommodated in the assembling recess and the stress release structure is provided at one or both sides of the welding portion and capable of releasing stress from the welding portion. The welding assembly provides a stress release structure nearby the welding portion, and when the welding portion is full-strength welded, the stress-release structure can effectively release stress nearby the welding seam.

    摘要: A battery cell, a method and system for manufacturing the battery cell, a battery, and a power consuming device are disclosed. The battery cell includes: a shell including an electrode draw-out portion; and an electrode assembly accommodated in the shell. The end of the electrode assembly facing toward the electrode draw-out portion is provided with a first tab, the first tab is wound around a winding axis of the electrode assembly and includes a plurality of turns of tab layers, and at least some of the plurality of turns of tab layers are welded to form a first welded portion. Some of the plurality of turns of tab layers are welded to the electrode draw-out portion to form a second welded portion; and among the tab layers connected to the first welded portion, at least one turn of tab layer is not welded to the electrode draw-out portion.
