摘要： Provided are a winding device and a winding apparatus. An inner shaft of the winding device is configured to clamp an electrode assembly; and an outer shaft of the winding device is configured to wind the electrode assembly. The winding device includes: a first slider and a first pusher, where the first slider may reciprocate in a first sliding slot in the first pusher in a first direction, and an extension direction of the first sliding slot is inclined from the first direction such that the first pusher drives a first inner shaft to reciprocate in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction; and a second slider and a second pusher, where the second slider may reciprocate in a second sliding slot in the second pusher in a third direction, and an extension direction of the second sliding slot is inclined from the third direction.

摘要： A welding assembly for a liquid-injection hole of a secondary battery, including a top cover of a case, a liquid-injection hole, a sealing cover-plate and a stress release structure, wherein the liquid-injection hole is disposed in the top cover and includes a assembling recess and a through-hole arranged sequentially from top to bottom of the top cover, the assembling recess and the through-hole present a stepped transition and the radial dimension of the assembling recess is larger than that of the through-hole. The sealing cover-plate is accommodated in the assembling recess and the stress release structure is provided at one or both sides of the welding portion and capable of releasing stress from the welding portion. The welding assembly provides a stress release structure nearby the welding portion, and when the welding portion is full-strength welded, the stress-release structure can effectively release stress nearby the welding seam.

The current collecting member is provided in the housing assembly, and the current collecting member is configured to electrically connect the tab and the electrode lead-out portion. The current collecting member includes a body and an elastic portion connected to the body, one of the body and the elastic portion is welded to the tab, and the other is electrically connected to the electrode lead-out portion, and the elastic portion is configured to cushion vibrations between the electrode assembly and the housing assembly.

摘要： Disclosed are a winding apparatus and a winding method, the winding apparatus includes: a winding needle, being configured to wind a winding material; a power supply assembly, being configured to be electrically coupled to the winding needle, so as to form current on an axis of the winding needle; and a magnet supply assembly, being configured to provide a magnetic field to the winding needle, a magnetic field direction intersecting the axis of the winding needle so that the winding needle generates an ampere force for resisting a deformation of the winding needle in the magnetic field when the winding material is wound. By the above method, the present application may reduce the deformation of the winding needle, reduce a defective rate of a winding product formed by the winding of the winding material, and improve quality of the winding product.
