Abstract: The present application provides a tab inspection method. The method includes: determining a first start position of the tab in a second direction of the electrode plate according to a first trigger manner, where the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; determining a second start position of the tab in the second direction of the electrode plate according to a second trigger manner; and determining, according to a distance between the second start position and the first start position, whether a position of the tab on the electrode plate deviates; where the first trigger manner is a manner for determining the start position of the tab based on a change of a height of the electrode plate in the first direction, and the second trigger manner is a manner for determining the start position of the tab based on a preset position of the tab on the electrode plate.
