Abstract: A cooling device for an automobile that includes a front opening opened in a front engine room, a first air blower arranged in the front engine room on a front side of a drive engine, and an introduction passage for guiding, toward the first air blower, air to flow from the front side of the front opening through the front opening is configured to cool the drive engine with the air flow passing from the introduction passage to the drive engine via the first air blower. The cooling device includes a duct having a first opening opened in the introduction passage and a second opening opened to rear of the drive engine in the front engine room, to form an air passage for air to flow between the first opening and the second opening.

Abstract: An air guiding unit has a shroud having a vent hole, an air guiding duct, and a valve housed in the air guiding duct. A radiator, an engine cooling heat exchanger, and a blower are fixed to the shroud. The shroud guides an air flowing into an engine room from an engine room opening and passing through the radiator and the engine cooling heat exchanger. The air guiding duct has a first opening, which is connected to the vent hole of the shroud, and a second opening, which is open in the engine room toward a rear space defined on a rear side of the engine. The air guiding duct therein has a duct interior channel through which the air flows between the first opening and the second opening. The valve is configured to increase and decrease an opening degree of the duct interior channel.

Abstract: A tank has a tank body defining a passage therein, a plate to which tubes are attached, and an intermediate plate. The tank body has a space defining part and a tank junction part attached to the intermediate plate. A longitudinal direction and a stacking direction of the tubes are perpendicular to a width direction. The space defining part has two end parts facing each other in the width direction and connecting to two of the tank junction part respectively. The tank body has a junction end surface that has an arc shape protruding toward the passage. The intermediate plate has a part corresponding to the junction end surface and being provided with a receiving surface that has an arc shape fitting the arc shape of the junction end surface. The receiving surface is attached to the junction end surface.
