摘要: A method of operating a cleaning process on a filter in a vehicle air intake includes passing air through the filter from an upstream side to a downstream side, and providing an exhaust duct having an inlet end adjacent the upstream side of the filter and an outlet end adjacent a cooling fan or other air-extraction device of the vehicle arranged to draw air through the exhaust duct from the inlet end to the outlet end. In a periodic cleaning subroutine, the rotational speed of the fan is increased from a first speed to a second speed, while a pulse of pressurized fluid is applied to a downstream side of the filter. The exhaust duct carries away material dislodged from the upstream side of the filter by the applied pulse, and the rotational speed of the fan is reduced to its original level.

In one example, a method includes, operating a radiator fan of a vehicle in a first direction to cool an engine of the vehicle, and reversing a direction of rotation of the radiator fan to blow heated air towards a charge air cooler, the charge air cooler arranged proximate a radiator of the vehicle. Operating the radiator fan in a first direction may be based on the engagement of one or more gears of a transmission of the vehicle while operating the radiator fan in the reverse direction may be based on an engine temperature condition, one or more ambient weather conditions, and an engine idle condition.

摘要: The present invention relates to a gas heat pump system. The gas heat pump system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an air conditioning module comprising a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion apparatus, an indoor heat exchanger and a refrigerant line; and an engine module comprising an engine for combusting a mixture of fuel and air, thereby providing power for driving the compressor. The engine module comprises: a mixer for mixing and discharging the air and fuel; a supercharging means for receiving the mixture discharged from the mixer, compressing same, and then discharging same; an intercooler for receiving the mixture compressed in the supercharging means, cooling same by a heat exchange method, increasing the density thereof, and then discharging same; an adjustment means for receiving the mixture discharged from the intercooler, adjusting the quantity thereof, and then supplying same to the engine; and an exhaust gas heat exchanger for exchanging heat between a coolant and exhaust gas discharged from the engine, wherein the exhaust gas heat exchanger is directly connected to an exhaust manifold of the engine.

The mounting portion of the fan end portion is configured to be coupled to the fan, and the coupling portion of the fan end portion includes a mating portion that is complementary to the mating portion of the base portion. The method further includes coupling the engine to the fan by coupling the mating portion of the fan end portion to the mating portion of the base portion.
