Abstract: A matching circuit in a communication apparatus may comprise a first inductor disposed at a primary side of a transformer; a second inductor disposed at a secondary side of the transformer; and an impedance element connected to the first inductor and the second inductor. Also, a first terminal of the first inductor may be connected to an input terminal of the transformer, a second terminal of the first inductor may be connected to a common node connected to a ground, a first terminal of the second inductor may be connected to an output terminal of the transformer, a second terminal of the second inductor may be connected to the common node, a first terminal of the impedance element may be connected to the common node, and a second terminal of the impedance element may be connected to the ground.

Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor plasma antenna apparatus. The apparatus includes: a cell array unit in which a plurality of PIN diode cells are arranged, and in which a cell pattern is formed by using a predefined PIN diode cell among the plurality of PIN diode cells; and a driver circuit unit configured to control a drive of the predefined PIN diode cell, wherein the driver circuit unit comprises: a direct-current conversion unit equipped with a DC-DC converter configured to drive a diode load of the cell pattern by applying an output voltage to a PIN diode cell corresponding to the cell patterns formed in the cell array unit; and a constant current controller configured to controlling a plasma concentration of the PIN diode cell by controlling a constant current for the diode load of the cell pattern.

Abstract: A semiconductor-based beamforming antenna is provided. The beamforming antenna includes: a waveguide having a silicon medium formed between metal and forming a waveguide path; at least one diode array disposed in the waveguide, the at least one diode array being driven according to an applied electrical signal to reflect an incident signal by acting as a conductive reflecting wall; a radiator connected to the waveguide and radiating a beam corresponding to a signal reflected by the at least one diode array or an incident signal; and a feeder for supplying an electrical signal into the waveguide.

Abstract: High frequency signal amplifier including balun is disclosed. The amplifier comprises an input terminal (Vin) through which the high frequency signal is input; a balun which is connected to the input terminal and outputs a first differential signal and a second differential signal based on the high frequency signal; a transistor (M) which is connected to the balun and outputs an amplified high frequency signal based on the first differential signal and the second differential signal; an output terminal which is connected to the transistor (M) and through which the amplified high frequency signal is acquired and the amplified high frequency signal is output. Therefore, performance of the amplifier can be enhanced.

Abstract: A voltage comparator comparing a voltage of a first input signal and a voltage of a second input signal is provided. The voltage comparator includes: a first switch pair transmitting, respectively, the first input signal and the second input signal to a control terminal of a first transistor and a control terminal of a second transistor in response to a clock signal; a second switch pair connecting a first terminal and a second terminal of the first transistor and connecting a first terminal and a second terminal of the second transistor in response to at least one of the clock signal and a reset signal; and a first reset switch connecting the control terminal of the first transistor and the control terminal of the second transistor in response to the reset signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure a switched-mode power supply using a reconfigurable delta-signal modulator (DSM). The switched-mode power supply comprises, a current sensing unit configured to determine an operation mode on the basis of a result of sensing a current of an output terminal; a compensator configured to output a compensation signal by amplifying a difference value between an output voltage and a reference voltage; a reconfigurable DSM configured to output a digital signal by noise-shaping the compensation signal; a power switch unit switched by the digital signal to output an output voltage; and an attenuator configured to supply a feedback voltage of the output voltage attenuated by a voltage divider to the compensator.
