Abstract: An endoscope is provided in which an attachment/detachment operation of the proximal end of a wire can be easily performed to/from an erecting operation mechanism and the wire can be prevented from meandering in a wire channel. An endoscope has an operation section 22 provided with an erecting operation lever, and a movable member 96 that moves in association with an operation of the erecting operation lever. The movable member 96 is arranged to be exposed to outside of the operation section 22. A wire 60 has a distal end side coupled to an erecting base, and a proximal end side coupled to an attachment member 98 that is attachable to and detachable from the movable member 96 by a one-touch operation. The wire 60 is configured of a wire body 60A and a gap filling member 60B.

Abstract: An endoscope aid is attachably and detachably attached to a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope where a suction tube joins. The endoscope aid includes a flexible tubular member having a length equal to or larger than a length ranging from at least an inlet-side end part of an outlet portion of the treatment tool insertion channel, which is maintained in the shape of a straight pipe regardless of bending of a bending part of the endoscope, to an inlet of the treatment tool insertion channel. The tubular member has a distal end part that has an outer periphery in sliding contact with an inner peripheral surface of the outlet portion of the treatment tool insertion channel and is disposed at the outlet portion, and a communication part that allows an outlet of the treatment tool insertion channel and the suction tube to communicate with each other.

Abstract: According to an aspect of the invention, the circumferential position of a protrusion portion of a light guide member is aligned with the position of a second groove portion of a pressing member and a tip portion of the light guide member is inserted into an insertion hole. Next, the light guide member is rotated to align the circumferential position of the protrusion portion of the light guide member with the position of a first groove portion of a mounting hole, and the tip portion of the light guide member is mounted in the mounting hole of a tip portion body. After that, a screw member is inserted into a through hole of the pressing member, is threadedly inserted into a screw hole of the tip portion body, and fixes the pressing member to a base end face of the tip portion body.

Abstract: An endoscope includes an insertion part that includes a distal end and a proximal end, and a distal-end-portion body that is provided on a distal end side of the insertion part and formed with a treatment tool outlet from which a treatment tool is led out. The distal-end-portion body includes an observation window, a nozzle that ejects washing water to the observation window, a standing base that is disposed in a standing base-housing portion adjacent to the treatment tool outlet and is rotationally moved between a standing position and a falling position, and a guide wall that is disposed at a position facing the nozzle with the observation window interposed therebetween and guides the washing water to the standing base-housing portion. Washing water, which has been ejected from the nozzle and has passed the observation window, is guided to the standing base-housing portion by the guide wall.

Abstract: An endoscope includes a standing base in a tip portion body, an operation wire of which a tip side is connected to the standing base, and a stretchable coating member that covers the operation wire along an extending direction of the operation wire and so as to allow the operation wire to be relatively movable over the entire region from a connection portion between the standing base and the operation wire to an operation wire-guide passage. A tip of the coating member and the standing base are liquid-tightly fixed to each other, and a base end of the coating member and the operation wire-guide passage are liquid-tightly fixed to each other, and the coating member is disposed at a position where a moving path of the coating member and a moving path of a treatment tool led from a treatment tool-guide passage do not interfere with each other.
