    Abstract: An endoscope is provided in which an attachment/detachment operation of the proximal end of a wire is easily performed to/from an erecting operation mechanism and leakage of current to the outside can be prevented. An endoscope has an operation section 22 provided with an erecting lever, and a movable member 96 that moves in association with an operation of the erecting lever. The movable member 96 is arranged to be exposed to the outside of the operation section 22. A wire 60 is, at a distal end side thereof, coupled to an erecting base, and, at a proximal end side thereof, coupled to an attachment member 98 that is attachable to or detachable from the movable member 96 by a one-touch operation. The wire 60 includes a wire body 60A, and an insulating coat 60B coating a wire exposure region L.

    Abstract: There is an endoscope that allows operations for attaching and detaching the proximal end of a wire to and from an elevating operation mechanism to be easily performed, can reduce the influence of variations of the length of a soft part and the length of an operation wire, and can adjust an operating range of an elevating operation lever for an elevator. The endoscope includes: an operation unit that is provided with an operation member; an insertion unit that is provided on a distal end side of the operation unit and is to be inserted into an object to be examined; a treatment tool-elevator that is provided in a distal end part of the insertion unit; a rotating body that is disposed to be exposed to an outside of the operation unit and operates in conjunction with an operation of the operation member; a movable member that is attachably and detachably connected to the rotating body; a position adjustment member that is capable of adjusting a connection position of the movable member in a rotation direction of the rotating body; an elevating operation wire, of which a distal end side is connected to the treatment tool-elevator and a proximal end side is connected to the movable member and which causes the treatment tool-elevator to operate by being pushed or pulled according to an operation of the movable member; and a mounting member that is provided at a proximal end of the elevating operation wire and is attachably and detachably engaged with the movable member.

    Abstract: An endoscope includes a standing base in a tip portion body, an operation wire of which a tip side is connected to the standing base, and a stretchable coating member that covers the operation wire along an extending direction of the operation wire and so as to allow the operation wire to be relatively movable over the entire region from a connection portion between the standing base and the operation wire to an operation wire-guide passage. A tip of the coating member and the standing base are liquid-tightly fixed to each other, and a base end of the coating member and the operation wire-guide passage are liquid-tightly fixed to each other, and the coating member is disposed at a position where a moving path of the coating member and a moving path of a treatment tool led from a treatment tool-guide passage do not interfere with each other.

The endoscope incudes a distal-end-portion body and a cap that is removably attached to the distal-end-portion body and that has an open window. The cap includes a cantilever piece that is formed on a wall portion on at least one of sides facing each other with the open window therebetween and that elastically bends, the cantilever piece having a fixed end and a free end and the cantilever piece including a stopper-target portion that is provided at the free end.     Abstract: An endoscope includes: a rotation operating part that is rotatably provided on an endoscope operation unit and that moves a bending operation wire forward and backward by being rotationally operated; an engaging part that frictionally engages with the rotation operating part; and a pressing part that is movable between a braking position coming into contact with the engaging part and a non-braking position positioned on a distal side with respect to the engaging part from the braking position. The rotation operating part and the engaging part are integrally rotatable in a case where the pressing part is positioned at the non-braking position, and the rotation operating part and the engaging part are relatively rotatable in a case where the pressing part is positioned at the braking position.
