Abstract:
A packet for smoking articles includes an outer container, substantially shaped as a parallelepiped having an open top end and a hinged lid, which can rotate between positions for opening and closing the, open top end and which is defined by a rear wail a front wall, two side walls and a top wall. One bottom edge of the front wall is integral with a reinforcement wall which is folded by 180° around the edge and which is positioned in abutment against the inside surface of the front wall. The reinforcement wail includes at least two panels which are integral with each other in pairs along folding lines of weakness and which can be inclined relative to each other around the lines of weakness to be positioned in abutment, at least, against the inside surface of the lid at the top wall.
Abstract:
A method for making electronic cigarette cartridges. The method includes a step of making the cartridges along a dedicated production line. The step of making the cartridges includes a step of making a casing by assembling one or more components along a first stretch of the production line and a step of making an electric module by assembling one or more electronic elements along a second stretch of the production line. The steps of making the casing and the electric module are steps which are synchronized and independent relative to one another. Once the steps of making the casing and the electric module are complete, the method includes a step of assembling the casing with a respective electric module to obtain the finished cartridge along a shared third stretch of the production line.
Abstract:
An embossing device comprises a first embossing roller and a second embossing roller forming a passage for a web of wrapping material to be embossed, which has a main line of extension and a direction of feed; the first embossing roller comprises on its outer surface toothings to make an imprint on the web; a first toothing having a first impression to imprint on said web a first segment of a reference for identifying a section of the web and a second toothing to imprint a decorative pattern on the web; the second toothing comprises a zone without teeth for defining on the web a second, unembossed segment of the reference; the first toothing and the zone without teeth are offset from each other along a directrix of the first roller.
Abstract:
Packet of smoke articles, including: a container, which has a parallelepiped shape and has a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; a parallelepiped-shape inner wrapper that wraps a group of smoke articles, which is housed inside the container and has a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall, a bottom wall and two lateral walls; and a separating element, which is arranged inside the inner wrapper and divides the inner volume of the inner wrapper so to as to form several partitions of the group of smoke articles.
Abstract:
A method for making absorbent sanitary articles including the steps of preparing at least a first continuous web and a second continuous web of material, the first having two longitudinal edges parallel to each other, cutting the first web in such a way as to divide it into a plurality of portions positioned one after the other, rotation and/or translation of at least part of the portions so as to associate them in pairs to define a plurality of pairs of portions and connecting the portions to the second web. The cutting step is performed in such a way as to form, on the first web, an alternating succession of first, second, third and fourth portions, having respective orientations different from each other and each equipped with a first and a second side parallel with each other, defining part of the longitudinal edges of the first web.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an aseptic container (1) for pourable foodstuffs, having a development axis (H) that develops along a longitudinal direction (D). The container (1) comprises: a bottom wall (2); side walls (3) transversal to the bottom wall (2); and at least one top wall (4) opposed to the bottom wall (2). The side walls (3) are made of multilayer material comprising a plurality of layers overlapped one another, with at least one layer made of opaque material (30) and at least one layer made of transparent material (31). The container (1) further comprises: a plurality of openings (5, 5′) made in the opaque material layer (30) in at least one of the side walls (3), in such a way to be closed by the layer (31) of transparent material. In particular, the openings (5, 5′) are flanked each other along the longitudinal direction (D) and each opening (5, 5′) comprises a peripheral edge (50, 50′) defining a closed profile; wherein the maximum distance between two points of the peripheral edge (50, 50′) is between 4 and 8 millimeters.
Abstract:
A container for pasty or semi-liquid products of substantially tubular shape and extending along a longitudinal axis. The container includes: a first longitudinal end which is closed and flattened; an opposite second longitudinal end including an opening and a dispensing element; a first side wall and a second side wall, opposite each other and interposed between the first longitudinal end and the second longitudinal end. The container includes, at the first side wall and second side wall, a plurality of first lines of weakness which are transverse to the longitudinal axis and which define a plurality of corresponding zones; the first lines of weakness are such that the zones of the first side wall and of the second side wall are selectively squeezable, in twos, towards each other and progressively from the first longitudinal end to the second longitudinal end, defining corresponding stable configurations for the zones.
Abstract:
A rigid container for containing articles, preferably solid soap, the container extending along a main axis and includes a top wall and a bottom wall lying in respective planes transversal to the main axis, and a front face, a rear face, which extend from the top wall to the bottom wall and two sides or lateral faces which extend from the top walk to the bottom wall; the front face of the container includes a convex front panel which has a first supporting portion, and the rear face of the container includes a rear panel which has a second supporting portion shaped to mutually match the first supporting portion.
Abstract:
A packet of cigarettes which includes a group of cigarettes, an outer container with a lid which is movable between an open position and a closed position and vice versa, an inner wrapper wrapped around the group of cigarettes and housed inside the outer container, and a label movable between a position for opening and a position for closing the inner wrapper; the packet comprises a layer of adhesive material between the label and the lid and a removable tongue located at least partly on top of the layer of adhesive material; the lid is connectable to the label by means of the layer of adhesive material after the tongue has been removed from the selfsame layer of adhesive material.
Abstract:
An embossing device comprises a first embossing roller and a second embossing roller forming a passage for a strip of wrapping material to be embossed; the first embossing roller comprises on its surface a tooth set to imprint a pattern and an imprinting system to imprint a reference on the strip to identify a section of the strip: the imprinting system comprises an area without teeth in the tooth set, extending along a sheaf of directrices of the first roller for forming on the strip a non-embossed band in the pattern; the imprinting system comprises a second tooth set lying on the sheaf of directrices to imprint an embossed mark on the strip in the non-embossed band.
