Abstract: Control of one or more switches arrayed in a multi-gang switch box is disclosed. One or more sensors may receive or provide an indication of a gesture near one of the switches. An indication of the switch determined to which a gesture is determined to be directed toward may be displayed. A state change may be performed on the switch according to the gesture.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for an interchangeable back system for programmable switches. A programmable switch, remote interchangeable back, and toggle switch interchangeable back may be included. The remote interchangeable back may include a casing and a back plate, where the back plate of the remote interchangeable back may not have an opening. The toggle switch interchangeable back may include a casing and a back plate, where the back plate of the toggle switch interchangeable back may include an opening of sufficient size to accommodate a toggle light switch in the on position. The remote interchangeable back and the toggle switch interchangeable back may be interchangeably attachable to and removable from the programmable switch.

Abstract: A headset for experiencing an augmented and/or a virtual reality environment may include a housing defining an interior cavity, with optical components received in the interior cavity of the housing. A front face may be rotatably coupled to a front portion of the housing to selectively enclose the interior of the housing. A computing device including a display may be received in a slot defined between the front portion of the housing and the front face. A face pad may be removably coupled to the housing, opposite the front face, so as to enclose the optical components in the housing. A user may view an augmented/virtual reality environment displayed on the display through the optical components received in the housing. An adjustable head strap assembly may adjustably position the headset on the head of the user.

Abstract: A system and method of operating an audio visual device generating a virtual immersive experience is provided. The system may include an optical system and a display system received in a housing, and an audio output device operably coupled to the display system, the housing being coupled to a frame to be worn by a user. A sensing device may sense at least one of an ambient brightness level or an ambient noise level, and a control system and processor operably coupled to the optical system, the display system, the audio output device and the sensing device may, in response to an external command to transition between the virtual environment and the ambient environment, adjust at least one of a brightness level or a noise level of the virtual environment based on the sensed ambient brightness level and/or the sensed ambient noise level before executing the received external command.
