    Abstract: In some examples, the disclosure describes a device, comprising: a processor, and a non-transitory memory resource storing machine-readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause the processor to: activate a dynamic power reduction mode for a device in response to identifying the device is in a first power state associated with a first account, and deactivate the dynamic power reduction mode for the device in response to identifying the device is in a second power state associated with a second account.

    Abstract: A computer device including integrated communications antennas is disclosed. In the computer device, a first antenna is disposed above a display panel in a hinge-up portion of the laptop computer, and a second antenna is disposed below the display panel. A signal divider circuit is coupled to a radio module, wherein the signal divider circuit is configured to send a first frequency range to the first antenna via a flat printed circuit radio frequency (FPC RF) cable, and a second frequency range to the second antenna.

    Abstract: In an example, a computing device may include a first radio device including a first antenna, a second radio device including a second antenna, and a basic input/output system (BIOS). The BIOS may establish a communication with the first and second radio devices. Further, the BIOS may receive first transmission status information associated with the first antenna from the first radio device and second transmission status information associated with the second antenna from the second radio device. Furthermore, the BIOS may detect a condition indicative of a combined transmit power of the first and second antennas exceeding a radio frequency exposure threshold based on the first and second transmission status information. The BIOS may instruct the first radio device, the second radio device, or both to perform a mitigation action to maintain the combined transmit power at or below the radio frequency exposure threshold.

    Abstract: An electronic device may include a first wireless transceiver, a second wireless transceiver, and a processor. The processor may establish a first wireless communication with an external device via the first wireless transceiver. Further, processor may monitor a distance between the electronic device and the external device via the first wireless transceiver. In response to a determination that the monitored distance crosses a first threshold, the processor may establish a second wireless communication with the external device via the second wireless transceiver and monitor the distance between the electronic device and the external device via the second wireless transceiver. Furthermore, the processor may control the electronic device to operate in a first power state or a second power state based on the monitored distance via the first wireless transceiver or the second wireless transceiver.

The electronic component is coupled to the electronic device via a connection interface and a connector. The electronic device further comprises a contact detection assembly. The contact detection assembly detects a position of the connector relative to a connection interface. Based on the position of the connector relative to the connection interface, a state of connection between the connector and the connection interface is determined.
