Abstract: This application relates to a communication method and a communications device. The communication method includes: determining, a first signal to be sent on a first uplink carrier; determining a second signal to be sent on a second uplink carrier, where the first uplink carrier corresponds to a first radio access technology, and the second uplink carrier corresponds to a second radio access technology; and when a first transmission timing corresponding to the first signal is different from a second transmission timing corresponding to the second signal, and if the first signal and the second signal overlap in time domain, sending, a third signal, where the third signal is the second signal, or is the second signal or a part of the first signal, where the part of the first signal is carried on a symbol that does not overlap with a symbol corresponding the second signal.

Abstract: This application provides an uplink transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: A network device indicates a terminal device to send a first transport block in a plurality of time units, and further indicates the terminal device to send uplink control information UCI in a first time unit. The first time unit is one of the plurality of time units. Regardless of whether the terminal device detects that the network device indicates the terminal device to send the UCI, both the network device and the terminal device calculate, based on a parameter G corresponding to the first time unit, a location of a starting bit in a coded bit sequence that is output through rate matching in a second time unit. The parameter G is a total quantity of coded bits available for transmission of the first transport block and the UCI in one time unit.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a communication method and a communications apparatus. A terminal device receives first indication information from a network device, where the first indication information indicates an available frequency domain resource, in a bandwidth, which can be used by the terminal device to communicate with the network device. The bandwidth is one carrier bandwidth or one carrier bandwidth part. The available frequency domain resource includes a plurality of non-contiguous frequency domain resource groups, and each frequency domain resource group includes one or more contiguous frequency domain resource blocks. The terminal device determines the available frequency domain resource in the bandwidth based on the first indication information.

Abstract: In a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration method, a network device sends first scheduling information to a terminal device. The terminal device determines, based on the first scheduling information, whether a transmission of a first time unit meets a condition of having the same transmit power, same precoding, same antenna port, or a same frequency domain resource as the transmission of a second time unit. The second time unit is before the first time unit and has a transmission direction that is the same as a transmission direction in the in the first time unit, and no transmission in an opposite direction exists between the second time unit and the first time unit. When the first time unit meets the above condition, the terminal device sends uplink data in the first time unit and the second time unit, or receiving downlink data in the first time unit and the second time unit.

Abstract: A random access method and apparatus, the method includes: receiving, by a first node, first information sent by a second node, where the first information is used to determine a first transmit power, and the first transmit power is a power used when the first node sends downlink information to the second node over a first link; and the first link is a link between the first node and the second node, and the first node is an upper-level device of the second node; and determining, by the first node, the first transmit power based on the first information. Therefore, the first node determines the first transmit power based on the first information, and uses the first transmit power when sending the downlink information to the second node over the first link, so that interference between signals received by the second node can be reduced.
