    Abstract: BLDC motor including a stator with teeth which extend toward an inner side of a core and have a coil wound therearound; rotors disposed at an inner side of the stator and spaced apart from each other having a plurality of permanent magnets coupled to a core thereof; and hall sensors disposed and spaced apart to be opposite to an outer circumferential surface of the core of the rotor and disposed within a height range between both surfaces in a height direction of the core of the rotor to detect a change in a magnetic field in response to a rotation of the rotor, thereby accurately grasping positional information of a rotor and accurately controlling a rotation of the rotor by transmitting a magnetic flux generated from a permanent magnet of the rotor to a hall sensor enabling the hall sensor to detect a change in a magnetic field.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a BLDC motor, including: a stator which is provided with a plurality of teeth extending toward an inner side of a core and pole shoes each extending to be formed at radial inner end parts of the teeth; and rotors which are disposed at an inner side of the stator surrounded by the pole shoes while being spaced apart from the stator and have a plurality of permanent magnets coupled to cores thereof. Inner circumferential surfaces of the circumferential end parts of the pole shoe may be formed so that a distance of the inner circumferential surfaces of the circumferential end parts of the pole shoe from the outer circumferential surface of the rotor increases as the inner circumferential surfaces of the circumferential both end parts of the pole shoe is far away circumferentially from a central line CL of the pole shoe.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth around each of which a stator coil is wound, a first insulator coupled to one side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, a second insulator coupled to the other side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, and a three-phase terminal inserted between the stator core and the second insulator and protruded partially to the outside of the second insulator to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, there are advantageous effects that since the three-phase terminal is assembled between insulators, breakaway and breakage of the three-phase terminal can be prevented and that insulation effect and assembly capability thereof are enhanced.
