摘要: A method for crystallizing a low molecular weight aromatic polycarbonate effectively and a method for preparing a polycarbonate resin having a desired intrinsic viscosity by using the polycarbonate crystallized with the above method of crystallization. A low molecular weight aromatic polycarbonate (preferably, the one produced by melt polycondensation) is crystallized by bringing it into contact with an aromatic monohydroxy compound or a mixture of said compound and water. Or, a low molecular weight aromatic polycarbonate is melt mixed with at least one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of aromatic monohydroxy compounds, carbonic acid diester compounds and aromatic dihydroxy compounds to crystallize the low molecular weight aromatic polycarbonate. The crystallized product is heated at a temperature lower than its melting point under reduced pressure or in an inert gas flow to convert it into a high polymerized state. Thus, a polycarbonate resin having a desired intrinsic viscosity is prepared.

摘要: The present invention relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of easily adding an annotation to content and providing an application, which utilizes the annotation.A learning device 312 extracts an image feature amount of each frame of an image of learning content and extracts word frequency information regarding a frequency of appearance of each word in a description text describing a content of the image of the learning content as a text feature amount of the description text, and learns an annotation model, which is a multi-stream HMM, by using a multi-stream including the image feature amount and the text feature amount. A browsing control device 314 extracts a scene, which is a group of one or more temporally continuous frames, from target content by using the annotation model and displays representative images of the scenes so as to be arranged in chronological order. The present invention may be applied to a case of adding the annotation to the content, for example.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor storage device comprises a main memory, a request issue module, a delay module, and an access module. The main memory is configured to store candidate information for determining a compaction candidate for a nonvolatile memory. The request issue module is configured to issue an access request for the candidate information in the main memory. The delay module is configured to delay the access request issued from the request issue module. The access module is configured to access the candidate information in the main memory based on an access request delayed by the delay module.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a memory control device includes a controller, a command queue module, a plurality of stage processors, and a skip module. The controller controls a data access command to a nonvolatile memory from a host. The command queue module queues a transfer request command corresponding to the data access command. The stage processors each perform stage processing related to the transfer request command queued by the command queue module. The skip module skips the stage processing by the stage processors in response to a shutdown command from the controller.
