摘要： The present invention provides multifunctional monomers, including, but not limited to include multifunctional methylene malonate and methylene beta-ketoester monomers; methods for producing the same; and compositions and products formed therefrom. The multifunctional monomers of the invention may be produced by transesterification or by direct synthesis from monofunctional methylene malonate monomers or methylene beta-ketoester monomers. The present invention further compositions and products formed from methylene beta-ketoester monomers of the invention, including monomer-based products (e.g., inks, adhesives, coatings, sealants or reactive molding) and polymer-based products (e.g., fibers, films, sheets, medical polymers, composite polymers and surfactants).

摘要： The present invention provides a resist composition containing a base resin composed of a polymer compound having a repeating unit in which a hydrogen atom of a carboxyl group is substituted with one or more acid-labile groups selected from groups shown by the following general formulae (1-1) to (1-5), wherein R1 to R5 represent a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkynyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms; R6 represents a hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group or acyloxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and “m” represents 1 or 2. There can be provided a resist composition that can improve the dissolution contrast of a resist film and reduce the film shrinkage after PEB, and a patterning process using the same.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of preparing a vinyl chloride-based copolymer having excellent plasticity and processability, a vinyl chloride-based copolymer prepared thereby, a thermoplastic resin composition including the vinyl chloride-based copolymer, and a thermoplastic resin molded article prepared from the composition. Since the preparation method may improve copolymerizability with a vinyl chloride-based monomer by continuously adding or dividedly adding an unsaturated fatty acid ester mixture used as a comonomer during the time of specific polymerization conversion rate, the unreacted unsaturated fatty acid ester mixture may be reduced, and, as a result, the conversion rate of the vinyl chloride-based copolymer may be significantly improved. Thus, plasticity and processability of a vinyl chloride-based copolymer prepared by the above method may be significantly improved.
