摘要: A fuel cell system according to the present invention includes: a fuel cell (1); an accessory device; a sensor configured to detect an operation state of the fuel cell system; an accessory device abnormality detector (44) configured to detect an abnormality in the accessory device; a sensor abnormality detector (45) configured to detect an abnormality in the operation state of the fuel cell system; and a controller (47). The controller performs control such that, during normal operation of the fuel cell system, the controller continues the operation of the fuel cell system in the following cases: a case where the accessory device abnormality detector (44) has detected an abnormality and the sensor abnormality detector (45) detects no abnormality; and a case where the accessory device abnormality detector (44) detects no abnormality and the sensor abnormality detector (45) detects no abnormality, and stops the operation of the fuel cell system in the following cases: a case where the accessory device abnormality detector (44) has detected an abnormality and the sensor abnormality detector (45) has detected an abnormality; and a case where the accessory device abnormality detector (44) detects no abnormality and the sensor abnormality detector (45) has detected an abnormality.

摘要: A fuel cell system of the present invention includes: a fuel cell apparatus; an exhaust gas passage through which an exhaust gas from the fuel cell apparatus is discharged; and a water tank configured to store water present within the exhaust gas. The water tank includes a first reservoir, a second reservoir, and a communication part which is configured to allow the first reservoir and the second reservoir to communicate with each other at a lower part of the water tank. The second reservoir of the water tank is provided with a drain outlet which is disposed above the communication part. The exhaust gas passage is connected to the first reservoir of the water tank. The exhaust gas passage is configured such that: in cases where a flow of the exhaust gas within the exhaust gas passage is not blocked at any position downstream from the water tank, the exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere from the exhaust gas passage; and in cases where the flow of the exhaust gas within the exhaust gas passage is blocked at a position downstream from the water tank, the exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the drain outlet of the water tank.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; a fuel gas supply unit; an oxidizing gas supply unit; an oxidizing gas supply passage; an oxidizing gas discharge passage; an oxidizing gas branch passage; an on-off valve disposed on at least one of the oxidizing gas discharge passage and a portion of the oxidizing gas supply passage; an oxidizing gas supply amount measuring unit disposed on the oxidizing gas branch passage; and a controller configured to determine that the on-off valve is normal in a case where a supply amount of the oxidizing gas measured by the oxidizing gas supply amount measuring unit is equal to or larger than a first threshold and determines that the on-off valve is abnormal in a case where the supply amount of the oxidizing gas measured by the oxidizing gas supply amount measuring unit is smaller than the first threshold.

摘要: A fuel cell system of the present invention is a fuel cell system including a fuel cell (101) and includes a medium circulation passage (71), a heat medium tank (102), a first circulator (105), a recovered water tank (104), a water circulation passage (72), a second circulator (108), a water purifier (109), a temperature detector (111), and a controller (110). The heat medium circulation passage (71) and the water circulation passage (72) are configured so as to realize heat exchange between a heat medium and water. The controller (110) executes a circulation operation in which when the temperature detector (111) detects a temperature lower than a first temperature capable of sterilizing microorganisms, the second circulator (108) is caused to operate such that the temperature detected by the temperature detector (111) becomes the first temperature or higher. The controller (110) forbids the operation of the second circulator (108) when the temperature detector (111) detects a temperature equal to or higher than a second temperature that is lower than a temperature at which heat deterioration of the water purifier (109) occurs.

摘要: A fuel cell system including: a fuel cell; a fuel processor including a reformer and a selective oxidizer configured to cause a reaction between carbon monoxide contained in a reformed gas and oxygen in air, an air blower configured to send air for use in power generation to a cathode of the fuel cell and to send air for use in a selective oxidation reaction to the selective oxidizer; a cathode air passage, one end of which is connected to the cathode of the fuel cell and the other end of which is connected to the air blower; a selective oxidation air passage, one end of which is connected to a branching point, on the cathode air passage, at which the selective oxidation air passage branches off from the cathode air passage, and the other end of which is connected to the selective oxidizer; a selective oxidation air meter configured to measure the flow rate of air supplied to the selective oxidizer; and a controller configured to control the air blower. The cathode air passage and the selective oxidation air passage are formed such that the flow rate of the air sent to the selective oxidizer is less than the flow rate of the air sent to the cathode. While the fuel cell is generating power, the controller performs feedback control of controlling the supply performance of the air blower based on the air flow rate measured by the selective oxidation air meter, such that the flow rate of the air sent to the selective oxidizer becomes a target value.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell; a fuel gas supplying unit supplying the fuel gas into the fuel cell on the anode side thereof; an oxidizing agent gas supplying unit supplying the oxidizing agent gas into the fuel cell on the cathode side thereof; a raw material gas supplying unit supplying the raw material gas into the fuel cell; and a controlling unit controlling the supply of the fuel gas, the oxidizing agent gas and the raw material gas. After switching the output of electric power or the fuel cell off, the fuel gas supplying unit suspends the supply of the fuel gas, the oxidizing agent gas supplying unit suspends the supply of the oxidizing agent gas and the raw material gas supplying unit supplies the raw material gas into the fuel cell to purge the fuel cell on the cathode side.
