    摘要: Provided is an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition which comprises 100 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and from 0.001 to 1 part by mass of an additional thermoplastic resin that differs from the aromatic polycarbonate resin in the refractive index by at least 0.001 and which is so designed that the ratio (X)/(Y) is at least 0.5 wherein (X) indicates the spectral transmittance at 320 nm through a sample plate of the resin composition having a thickness of 2 mm and (Y) indicates the spectral transmittance at 633 nm through it. Having realized further increase in the transparency of aromatic polycarbonate resin, the resin composition gives moldings of which the transparency is comparable to that of acrylic resin for optical use, and the resin moldings have good impact resistance and heat resistance.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition characterized by comprising (A) a thermoplastic resin and (B) a white pigment in a mass ratio of 50:50 to 90:10 and further comprising (C) a black coloring material and a blue coloring material; and provides a formed article using the resin composition. The above thermoplastic resin composition is an improvement of the conventional technique for preventing the permeation of light from a thin part of the formed article while securing a satisfactory reflectance, and can markedly improve the light blocking effect of a thermoplastic resin composition, without the increase of the number of parts, the employment of a more complicated process, or the like.

    摘要: A polycarbonate resin composition comprising polycarbonate resin (A) and, blended therewith per 100 parts by mass thereof, 0.001 to 0.1 part by mass of arylphosphine (B) and 0.01 to 1.0 part by mass of alicyclic epoxy compound (C); or a polycarbonate resin composition comprising polycarbonate resin (A) and, blended therewith per 100 parts by mass thereof, 0.001 to 0.1 part by mass of arylphosphine (B), 0.01 to 1.0 part by mass of alicyclic epoxy compound (C) and 0.01 to 1.0 part by mass of acrylic resin (D). The polycarbonate resin composition exhibits excellent optical properties, excelling in resistance to high temperature high humidity, resistance to heat aging (especially high temperature aging), heat resistance and impact resistance, and is suitable for production of optical parts, such as a lens of optical semiconductor device mounted on vehicles which can be used even in especially severe environment. There is further provided an optical part molded from the polycarbonate resin composition.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises (A) 40 to 98 mass % thermoplastic resin and (B) 60 to 2 mass % titanium oxide particles whose surface has been coated with a hydrous oxide and/or oxide of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of aluminum, silicon, zirconium, tin, cerium, titanium, and zinc, wherein the titanium oxide particles contain 80 to 97 mass %, excluding 97 mass %, titanium oxide ingredient and have total content of alkali metal cations and alkaline earth metal cations extractable with pure water of 120 mass ppm or lower. The resin composition is excellent in reflectance and thermal stability in residence during molding into large products.

    摘要: There is disclosed a process for preparing a resin composition for powder molding, comprising 50 to 97 wt % of a metal or alloy powder and 50 to 3 wt % of a thermoplastic resin having heat resistance and crystallinity, which process comprises dissolving the thermoplastic resin having heat resistance crystallinity in a solvent and at the same time, dispersing therein at least one metal or alloy powder selected from iron, brass, nickel silver, stainless steel and aluminum, having an average particle diameter of not more than 500 .mu.m to thereby prepare a mixture. In addition, there is disclosed a process for producing a powder molded product which comprises cold compressing molding the above resin composition and then heating the molding at a temperature not less than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin. This powder molded product has excellent dimensional stability against heat, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength.
