    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a resource allocation method, a first node, and a second node. The method includes the following steps: A first node receives downlink control information (DCI) from a second node, where the DCI includes resource indication information, and the resource indication information is used to indicate a transmission resource allocation manner; the first node determines a first resource allocation manner based on the resource indication information, where the first resource allocation manner is used to allocate a transmission resource greater than one narrowband; the first node determines an allocated transmission resource based on the first resource allocation manner and the resource indication information; and the first node transmits data by using the allocated transmission resource.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a carrier selection method and device for multicarrier, to implement that an optimal carrier combination is obtained by searching.     Abstract: This application provides a channel transmission method, apparatus, and system for NB-IoT. An NB-IoT base station determines, based on the frequency hopping information, a time-frequency resource location of the channel after frequency hopping, and performs channel transmission with an NB-IoT terminal on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the time-frequency resource location, so that the frequency hopping is introduced into the NB-IoT, thereby increasing a gain of frequency diversity through the frequency hopping.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method for determining a frequency resource, and an apparatus. The method includes: first determining, by user equipment (UE), a power headroom report; and subsequently sending, by the UE, the power headroom report (PHR) to a base station in a random access process, where the power headroom report may be carried by a related information segment of message 3 (Message 3) sent by the UE to the base station. According to the solutions provided in the present disclosure, a base station can obtain, in a timely manner, a basis for performing scheduling configuration when UE performs current uplink data transmission, and can more accurately configure power control and scheduling information for the UE. This avoids allocating the UE a channel that exceeds an uplink transmission capability of the UE, and thereby avoids an uplink bandwidth waste.

The method includes the following steps: A network device transmits DCI in a first DCI format; when the DCI is used to schedule a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying a multicast traffic channel, the network device indicates, by using a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI), that the DCI is used to schedule the PDSCH carrying the multicast traffic channel, and that first information is indicated in the DCI and second information is not indicated in the DCI; and when the DCI is used to schedule a user equipment-specific (UE-specific) PDSCH, the network device indicates, by using a second RNTI, that the DCI is used to schedule the UE-specific PDSCH, and that the first information is not indicated in the DCI and the second information is indicated in the DCI.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data sending method, a data receiving method, a transmit-end device, and a receive-end device. The data sending method provided in the embodiments of this application may include: performing scrambling code initialization to generate a scrambling code; scrambling a data block based on the scrambling code; repeatedly sending the scrambled data block; performing scrambling code initialization to generate a new scrambling code when an interval after previous scrambling code initialization of the data block is greater than or equal to a preset scrambling code initialization parameter threshold; scrambling the data block again based on the generated new scrambling code; and repeatedly sending the data block scrambled again. The embodiments of this application can improve efficiency of data transmission between a transmit-end device and a receive-end device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for sending and receiving a downlink data block of a packet data service. A network side adds indication information of downlink data modulation modes to a downlink data block, where the downlink data block includes first information and second information; the network performs symbol mapping processing on the first information by using a first modulation mode to obtain a first modulated signal; the network performs symbol mapping processing and data pre-processing on the second information by using a second modulation mode to obtain a second modulated signal; the network combines these two modulated signals to obtain an aggregate modulated signal; and the network sends the aggregate modulated signal. With the present disclosure, throughput of downlink data is increased while a USF compatibility between more types of low-capability mobile terminals is considered.
