    Abstract: A communication device is provided which includes a transmission unit, a BCC memory unit, a reception unit, a determination module, an accepting module and a mail generation module. The BCC memory unit stores the BCC destination of the mail sent in the past while being associated with the mail. The determination module determines whether or not a mail that the reception unit receives is a reply mail to the mail including the BCC destination that the transmission unit sent in the past. The mail generation module generates a mail addressed to sending destinations to which the BCC destination stored in the BCC destination memory unit while being associated with a mail of a reply source is added in addition to a sending destination that the accepting module accepts for the mail determined to be a reply mail to the mail including the BCC destination and sent in the past.

    Abstract: An information processor includes: a communication section, a reception section, a communication control section, a storage section, and a storage control section. The communication section transmits/receives data to/from an external server. The reception section receives instructions from a user. The communication control section controls data communication operation performed by the communication section and causes the communication section to receive, from the server, data which is included in a plurality of pieces of data stored in the server and which is specified by the instruction received by the reception section. The storage control section causes the storage section to store the data received from the server by the communication section. In a case where the data received by the communication section is the data received from a predefined server, the data is deleted from the storage section when predefined time has passed since predefined processing was performed on the data.

    Abstract: In sending mail data that is addressed to a plurality of BCC destinations, the contents of an additional mail message body can be change individually for the BCC destinations. A communication device includes an accepting module, a mail generation module, a transmission module. The accepting module accepts a mail message body and a plurality of BCC destinations and also accepts the setting of group attributes indicating groups to which the BCC destinations belong and additional contents that are added to the main message body individually for the group attributes. The mail generation module generates mail data including the additional contents corresponding to the groups to which the BCC destinations belong and the mail message body and addressed to the BCC destinations for which the accepting module accepts the group attributes. The transmission module sends the mail data generated by the mail data generation module to a mail server.
