摘要: In an air-conditioning system controller provided with a central control unit and a local control unit, the central control unit includes a heat source machine measurement system for measuring an input/output state of a heat source machine, a setting unit for setting air-conditioning condition data on air-conditioning object spaces, an outdoor air measurement system for measuring outdoor air condition data, a total air-conditioning load operating unit, an optimal operating state estimation unit, and a heat source machine control. The total air-conditioning load operating unit calculates a total air-conditioning load or a heat exchange rate of the heat source machine based on chilled water inlet and outlet temperatures and chilled water flow rate of the heat source machine.

摘要: A remote performance monitor to acquire monitoring data concerning an air-conditioning system of a monitoring target building and to determine an operating condition of the air-conditioning system, the remote performance monitor comprises a monitoring data receiver (11), a characteristic function calculator (12) and an operating condition calculator (13). The monitoring data receiver (11) receives monitoring data from a monitoring data collecting apparatus in the monitoring target building. The monitoring data is data concerning performance characteristics of air-conditioning machines installed in the air-conditioning system of the monitoring target building. The characteristic function calculator (12) calculates a characteristic function for the monitoring target building and for each of the air-conditioning machines based on the monitoring data. The operating condition calculator (13) calculates operating condition data to minimize a sum of amounts of energy consumed by the air-conditioning machines by using the characteristic function.

摘要: An air conditioning controller is provided with a room temperature-humidity combination calculation unit, a temperature-humidity setting value determination unit and a temperature-humidity control unit. The room temperature-humidity combination calculation unit is configured to calculate combinations of room temperature and room humidity corresponding to a target value of a thermal comfort index PMV. The temperature-humidity setting value determination unit is configured to select and determine a combination of the room temperature and humidity that achieves energy saving among the calculated combinations of the room temperature and humidity. 摘要: An air conditioning control system allows a supply air switching controller to alternately switch outside air control and return air control at a preset switching interval. The supply air switching controller is connected to an air conditioner placed to correspond to each room inside as an air conditioning control subject. The outside air control takes outside air into a temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by opening a first damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of the outside air into the air conditioner and by closing a second damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of return air from the room inside. The return air control takes the return air from the room inside into the temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by closing the first damper and opening the second damper.

摘要: An air-conditioning control system (1) includes: an air conditioner (10) having an outer air cooling coil (11) for cooling outer air and a return air cooling coil (12) for cooling return air in a room; a central heat source device (40) for supplying cold water to each coil (11, 12) of the air conditioner (10); and an air-conditioning linkage controller (50) for calculating a set value of the air conditioner (10) so that the total necessary consumption energy in the air-conditioning control system (1) is the minimum value within a preset range of a comfort index.

摘要: An optimized process control method comprises the steps of: delivering an operation variable to a control system model device which includes one or more model equations which are so modeled that the output obtained when the same process value is delivered to a control object process, is within a predetermined tolerable range and which receives the valve representative of the condition of a real process; receiving an evaluation function which is the result of the arithmetic operation of the one or more model equations, thereby causing the control system model device to carry out an operation for searching for a first optimum control point; defining said first optimum point as an initial value and outputting a set value for the real process from the region whose center is the initial value and which is within an allowable degree of error with respect to a true optimum point; and in response to the set value, searching for a second optimum point for the real process on the basis of the value representative of the condition of the real process according to a trial-and-error searching optimization algorithm, such as simplex method. An optimized process control apparatus which realize the method is also disclosed.
