摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing an ASA graft copolymer, a method of preparing a thermoplastic resin composition including the ASA graft copolymer, and a method of manufacturing a molded article using the thermoplastic resin composition. More particularly, the present invention provides an ASA graft copolymer having improved thermal stability through addition of an emulsifier in a specific amount range in a seed preparation step and introduction of a multifunctional carboxylic acid having 20 or more carbon atoms or a salt thereof, as an emulsifier, in a shell preparation step and a high-quality thermoplastic resin composition exhibiting excellent impact resistance, such as impact strength and tensile strength, and excellent appearance, such as surface gloss, whiteness, and retention-associated heat discoloration, and causing considerable reduction in the amount of gas generated on a surface of a resin during a high-temperature thermoforming process due to inclusion of the ASA graft copolymer.

摘要: A method for preparing a graft copolymer includes the steps of: 1) preparing a seed by adding one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer and carrying out polymerization; 2) preparing a core in the presence of the seed by adding an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer and carrying out polymerization; and 3) preparing a shell in the presence of the core by adding an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a vinyl cyan-based monomer and carrying out polymerization, wherein an activator including a compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 is added in the step 3). In Chemical Formula 1, R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, a C1-C10 alkyl group, or *-(C=O)OM2, provided that R1 and R2 are not both hydrogen, and

摘要: Provided are a method of preparing a graft copolymer, a graft copolymer, and a thermoplastic resin molded article including the graft copolymer, the method including: 1) preparing a seed by adding one or more selected from the group consisting of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer and performing polymerization; 2) in the presence of the seed, preparing a core by adding an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer and performing polymerization; and 3) in the presence of the core, preparing a shell by adding an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a vinyl cyan-based monomer and performing polymerization, wherein the method further includes adding an alkyl acrylate-based polymer. When the alkyl acrylate-based polymer is included in a graft copolymer, a graft copolymer and a thermoplastic resin molded article excellent in weather resistance, fluidity, mechanical properties, and appearance quality can be provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded part manufactured using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and impact strength, and weather resistance while having low gloss characteristics, a method of preparing the same, and a molded part manufactured using the same. According to the present invention, the thermoplastic resin composition includes an ASA graft copolymer having a core-shell structure having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 1 μm, an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer, and an epoxy group-containing copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 to 8,000 g/mol in specific amounts.
