    Abstract: A display panel includes a pixel including sub pixels. The pixel includes a sub pixel area in which the sub pixels are disposed and a common area. The pixel includes a light emitting diode including an anode electrode and a cathode electrode, and the anode electrode is electrically connected to a first power line to which a high potential voltage is supplied. Each of the sub pixels includes a driving element in which a source is connected to a N1 node, a gate is connected to a N2 node, and a drain is connected to a N3 node, a capacitor connected to the N2 node and a N4 node; a N1 switching circuit connected to the N1 node; a N2 switching circuit connected to the N2 node; a N3 switching circuit connected to the N3 node; and a N4 switching circuit connected to the N4 node.

The pixel includes a first light emitting portion configured to connect with a first gate line disposed in a first direction, a data line disposed in a second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction, and a first driving power line which is parallel to the data line, a second light emitting portion configured to connect a second gate line which is parallel to the first gate line, the data line, and the first driving power line, a common connection pattern configured to connect with the first light emitting portion and the second light emitting portion in common, and a third light emitting portion configured to connect between the second driving power line and the common connection pattern. Some of the common connection pattern is configured to overlap with the second driving power line.

The display device includes a pixel that includes sub-pixels and is divided into a sub-pixel area where the sub-pixels and a first pixel driving circuit are disposed and a common area where a second pixel driving circuit is disposed. Each of the sub-pixels includes a light emitting element including an anode electrode and a cathode electrode. The anode electrode is connected to a first common line which is connected to the second pixel driving circuit.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first pixel that emits light toward an upper side, a second pixel that emits light toward a lower side, a plurality of lines and a pad electrode. The first pixel includes a first light emitting element, a first pixel circuit connected to the first light emitting element and some of the plurality of lines and a bottom reflective layer that is under the first light emitting element to overlap the first light emitting element and has a greater size than the first light emitting element. The second pixel includes a second light emitting element, a second pixel circuit connected to the second light emitting element and the others of the plurality of lines, and a top reflective layer that on the second light emitting element to overlap the second light emitting element and has a greater size than the second light emitting element.

    Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a display device including a display panel where a plurality of unit pixels are disposed, a gate driver disposed on an upper surface of the display panel and integrated in the plurality of unit pixels. Each of the plurality of unit pixels includes a main pixel and a redundancy pixel, and the gate driver supplies a gate voltage to the main pixel and the redundancy pixel. even if the main pixel becomes defective, the redundancy pixel can emit light instead of the main pixel, so that the reliability of the display device is improved.
