    Abstract: A display device is disclosed that includes a display panel comprising a display area and a non-display area, wherein the display area comprises a first area and a second area surrounded by the first area, and the second area comprises one or more of light emitting areas in which one or more of pixels are disposed and one or more of transmissive areas; a pixel defining layer positioned between the plurality of pixels; and a metal layer positioned in the plurality of light emitting areas, wherein an end of the metal layer is aligned with a boundary between the light emitting area and the transmissive area, and an end of the pixel defining layer overlaps the light emitting area without extending to the boundary.

    Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device includes a first substrate and a second substrate which are formed of different materials; a first LED disposed on the first substrate; and a second LED and a third LED disposed on the second substrate, in which the first LED, the second LED, and the third LED are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Therefore, in consideration of the growth efficiency of the LEDs which emit different colored light, the first LED is disposed on the first substrate and the second LED and the third LED are disposed on the second substrate which is formed of a different material from the first substrate, thereby improving the growth efficiency of the plurality of LEDs.

    Abstract: A light emission element includes a first semiconductor layer, a light emission layer, and a second semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer in the light emission portion is provided with a concave portion having a concave shape. The light emission layer and the second semiconductor layer disposed on the first semiconductor layer are also disposed along the concave shape of the concave portion. The light emitting layer disposed along the shape of the concave portion emits light by electrons and holes injected from the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. Further, the light path of the light emitted according to the concave shape is adjusted. Therefore, a light emission element having improved light efficiency and a display device using the same can be provided.

    Abstract: Provided is a display device.     Abstract: Discussed are a display device and a multiscreen display device including the same, which conceal a bezel. The display device in one embodiment includes first to fourth edge display modules displaying an image on a bezel area overlapping each of first to fourth non-display areas of an image display module. The first to fourth edge display modules each include a flexible printed circuit board including a first cover part covering a corresponding non-display area, a second cover part bent from the first cover part and disposed on a side surface of the image display module, and a third cover part extending from the second cover part, a dot light source array including a plurality of dot light source devices provided in the first cover part, and a light source driving circuit unit provided in the third cover part and driving the dot light source devices to display an image on the bezel area.
