    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a pixel circuit having transistors, and a gate driving circuit providing an emission signal, a first scan signal, and a second scan signal to the pixel circuit. The gate driving circuit includes an emission signal generating circuit for applying the emission signal to a gate electrode of at least one of the transistors, a first scan signal generating circuit for applying the first scan signal to a gate electrode of at least one of the transistors, and a second scan signal generating circuit for applying the second scan signal to a gate electrode of at least one of the transistors. The first scan signal generating circuit receives the emission signal and a voltage of a QB node of the second scan signal generating circuit, and the emission signal generating circuit and the first scan signal generating circuit include an n-type transistor and a p-type transistor.

    Abstract: The organic light emitting display device is driven to be divided into a refresh frame when the data voltage is programmed in the pixel and a reset frame when the anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode is reset, and the data voltage is maintained to a first level during the reset frame. Accordingly, a separate stage for applying an on bias stress is not provided so that the bezel may be reduced.

    Abstract: Provided is an electroluminescent display device. The electroluminescent display device includes a pixel circuit implemented with a plurality of transistors, and a gate driving circuit that provides a scan signal, an initialization signal, and an emission signal to the pixel circuit. The gate driving circuit includes a scan signal generating circuit that provides the scan signal to a gate electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors, an initialization signal generating circuit that provides the initialization signal to a source electrode or a drain electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors, and the emission signal generating circuit that provides an emission signal to the gate electrode of at least one of the plurality of transistors. The initialization signal generating circuit receives an output signal of the scan signal generating circuit and an output signal of the emission signal generating circuit.

    Abstract: A display device include a substrate on which a plurality of first sub-pixels disposed in first columns and a plurality of second sub-pixels disposed in second columns are defined; a plurality of data lines disposed on one sides of the plurality of first sub-pixels and the other sides of the plurality of second sub-pixels; and a plurality of parking voltage lines disposed between the plurality of first sub-pixels and the plurality of second sub-pixels, wherein the plurality of parking voltage lines are configured to be electrically connected to some of the plurality of data lines. Accordingly, by applying the same parking voltage to the parking voltage lines and the data lines during a blank frame, flicker can be reduced.

    Abstract: A display device may include: a display panel with subpixels connected respectively to scan lines, sensing lines, and data lines; a gate driver configured to supply a scan signal to the scan lines during an active period and to supply a sensing signal to the sensing lines during a sensing period of a blank period; a data driver configured to supply a data voltage to the data lines; and a timing controller configured to control the gate and data drivers. The timing controller may determine the active period, blank period, and sensing period to be, respectively: a first active period, a first blank period, and a first sensing period for operating at the first frame rate; and a second active period, a second blank period, and a second sensing period for operating at the second frame rate. The first sensing period and the second sensing period have a same length.
