    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display (OLED) device including a display area defined by a plurality of light emitting elements on a substrate, a non-display area around the display area, a gate driver in the non-display area, a connecting unit overlapped with the gate driver in the non-display area, the plurality of light emitting elements including a first electrode, a light emitting layer, a second electrode, and the second electrode extended to non-display area, a common voltage line disposed outside of the gate driver, a dam structure configured to surround the display area in the non-display area and disposed on at least a portion of the common voltage line, a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer covering display area and at least a portion of the non-display area and a particle cover layer disposed between the first encapsulation layer and the second encapsulation.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display includes: a substrate on which an organic light-emitting element is formed; an organic light-emitting element on a substrate; a first inorganic layer on the organic light-emitting element and made substantially of hydrogenated silicon nitride (SiNx:H); an organic layer on a portion of the first inorganic layer; and a second inorganic layer on and completely covering the organic layer. Edges of the second inorganic layer come in contact with the first inorganic layer. A ratio of a number of oxygen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer ranges from 0.12 to 0.19, and a ratio of a number of nitrogen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer ranges from 0.9 to 1.5. The first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer have substantially the same composition.
