    Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling signaling delay for handover is provided. A wireless device transmits a measurement report based on a first event for a first cell, receives a handover command which commands a handover to the first cell, and checks validity of the handover command based on the first event for the first cell and/or a second event for a second cell other than the first cell.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for a user equipment (UE) to perform early data transmission (EDT) in a wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting the same. The method may include: transmitting a first radio resource control (RRC) message for the EDT, to a base station; receiving a second RRC message in response to the first RRC message, from the base station; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is successful, considering that the EDT ends successfully; if the second RRC message indicates that the EDT is unsuccessful, considering that the EDT ends unsuccessfully; and entering a RRC_IDLE state.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to method and apparatus for mobility in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: performing a dual active protocol stack (DAPS) mobility procedure for a mobility from a source cell to a target cell while maintaining a radio link for the source cell; performing a radio link monitoring (RLM) comprising a monitoring of a number of consecutive out-of-sync indications received on a radio link for the source cell during the DAPS mobility procedure; and after detecting a radio link failure (RLF) for the source cell based on the RLM, stopping a transmission on the radio link for the source cell during the DAPS mobility procedure.
