    摘要: A bagel dough dividing apparatus having a housing and a manually installable knife assembly for cutting bagel dough introduced into said housing is disclosed. The knife assembly includes: a rotatable shaft; at least one blade mounted to said shaft; and an engagement feature at a shaft first end for releasably engaging a drive assembly mounted to said housing for rotating said removable knife assembly about an axis. The knife assembly may be rotatably mounted at a second end to the housing. The engagement feature may have a configuration complimentary to a corresponding configuration on the drive mechanism to engage the drive mechanism when manually placed adjacent thereto. The engagement feature may include a protrusion axially extending from the shaft, and the protrusion may have a generally semi-cylindrical shape complimentary to a shape of said drive mechanism.
