摘要: In a process for the epoxidation of an olefin by continuously reacting the olefin with hydrogen peroxide in a methanol solvent on a fixed bed epoxidation catalyst comprising a titanium zeolite, the hydrogen peroxide is used as an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution made by an anthraquinone process, the aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution is mixed with methanol to give a feed mixture and this feed mixture is filtered before being contacted with the fixed bed epoxidation catalyst.

摘要: A process for the preparation of small aromatic compounds from black liquor comprising: providing black liquor that derives from alkaline treatment of wood chips; subjecting the black liquor to a pyrolysis treatment to yield a pyrolysed black liquor gas and a solid mass comprising char and salts in a first reactor, wherein the salts substantially derive from the treatment of black liquor; contacting at least part of the pyrolysed black liquor gas with a catalyst in a second reactor, which is different from the first reactor to provide a conversion treatment to yield a conversion product; and recovering small aromatic compounds from the conversion product.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hydroisomerization and cracking catalyst for preparing biological aviation kerosene from castor oil as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The catalyst takes a Al-modified titanium silicate molecular sieve (TS-1) as a carrier, and takes NixW and NixMo as active components, wherein x is the atomic ratio of Ni to W or Ni to Mo, and x=5-10, wherein the mass of the active components accounts for 5-30% of the total mass of the catalyst; the molar ratio of Si:Ti in the Al-modified titanium silicate molecular sieve is 50-100, and the molar ratio of Si:Al is 50-100.

摘要: A process of producing a zeotype material having a zeolite-type framework. The process includes providing a zeolite having a framework, dealuminating the zeolite to remove aluminum atoms therefrom to produce a dealuminated framework comprising a plurality of vacancy sites, contacting the dealuminated framework with dichloromethane and a precursor comprising heteroatoms, and then heating the dealuminated framework, the dichloromethane, and the precursor under reflux conditions to incorporate the heteroatoms into at least some of the plurality of vacancy sites in the dealuminated framework to produce a zeotype material having a zeolite-type framework comprising the heteroatoms. In addition, a process is provided for producing a stannosilicate comprising a zeolite-type framework comprising Sn heteroatoms incorporated therein which form Sn sites in the zeolite-type framework each having an open configuration or a closed configuration. This process includes controlling relative amounts of Sn sites having open and closed configurations in the stannosilicate.

摘要: The invention relates to process for the regeneration of a catalyst comprising a titanium containing zeolite as catalytically active material comprising a stage comprising introducing a feed stream comprising propene, hydrogen peroxide or a hydrogen peroxide source, and an organic solvent into a reactor containing a catalyst comprising the titanium containing zeolite, subjecting the feed stream in the reactor to epoxidation conditions in the presence of the catalyst, removing a product steam comprising propylene oxide and the organic solvent from the reactor, stopping introducing the feed stream, washing the catalyst with a liquid aqueous system and calcining the washed catalyst.

摘要: The invention provides a method for the preparation of an amorphous silicate of at least one metal from the Group 4 of the Periodic Table of Elements with a total pore volume of at least 0.3 mL/g. The method of preparation involves the use of pore shaping conditions, which can be the use of a pore shaper and optionally an increased precipitation temperature, e.g. at least 60° C. The silicate of the invention is especially suitable in catalytic reactions such as esterifications, Michael additions, transesteritications, (ep)oxidations, hydroxylations, or in absorbance of small inorganic and organic molecules e.g. CO2 or aromatic compounds.
