    摘要： A sealing arrangement of a piezoactuator (12) for a fuel injection valve of an internal combustion engine, has connecting pins (14) projecting out of the piezoactuator (12) and a head arrangement (16, 18) placed on to the piezoactuator (12), which is provided with openings (20) for the penetration of the connecting pins (14), wherein a liquid-tight sealing element (30) abuts against the outer surfaces of the connecting pins (14) on one side and also against the head arrangement (16, 18) on the other. In order to ensure a reliable seal with this arrangement, in particular also over extended periods of time, the sealing element (30) abuts against the outer surfaces of the connecting pins (14) located inside the openings (20), and sealing element sections (32) located inside the openings (20) are radially compressed in the openings.

    摘要： A reception bush for a piezoelectric actuator is provided with two connection pins for electrically bonding the piezoelectric actuator, in particular for a piezoelectric actuator controlling the injector of an injection system for an internal combustion engine. The reception bush has a first (1) and a second (2) bush elements which are interconnected when the bush is mounted. The first element (1) is provided with through holes (4, 5) for the connection pins of the inventive piezoelectric actuator. The second element (2) is provided with at least one guide (12) for the connection pins.

    摘要： A fuel injector has a housing for an actuator (1), especially to a fuel injector with a connector of a contact stud support injection-molded thereto. The injector has a casing (10), disposed across at least part of the periphery of the actuator (1), and an actuator cover (20) placed on the casing (10). The actuator cover (20) is laser-welded to the casing (10) in an overlapping area (30) between the actuator cover (20) and the casing (10). According to a method for finishing the housing of a fuel injector having the aforementioned features, a laser beam used for a laser welding method is incident on the overlapping area (30) in a substantially perpendicular or substantially parallel orientation in relation to the axial direction (A) of the actuator (1) and laser-welds the actuator cover (20) to the casing (10).

In order to ensure a reliable seal even for comparatively thin top plates (16) in particular, the invention proposes placing an O-ring (28) made from an elastic sealant material on each of the terminal pin sections (30) protruding from the openings (16), so that said O-ring fits tightly to a circumferential surface (32) of the terminal pin section (30), as well as to the top plate (14), forming a seal, and being pressure-injected into the top plate (14) by means of a plastic extrusion coating (arrows in FIG. 1).
