摘要: An apparatus for supplying food dough is provided. It can be made compact, easily assembled, and easily cleaned. The apparatus includes a hopper (3) for receiving a food dough F, a first cutter (7) for dividing the food dough into dough pieces, a transmitting conveyor (11) for transmitting the dough pieces, a dough feeder (9) for forming a dough sheet from the dough pieces, a feeding conveyor (13) for feeding the dough sheet, a metering conveyor (15) for weighing a part of the dough sheet, and a second cutter (19) for cutting out the part of the dough sheet when the valve measured by the first metering conveyor (15) reaches a predetermined value. The first cutter (7) and the dough feeder (9) are arranged such that when the dough piece is cut out by the first cutter, the lower end fans into an inlet of the dough feeder. The belt of the transmitting conveyor (11) is wound around the uppermost roller (55A) of the dough feeder (9). Also, any one of the hopper (3), the first cutter (7), the feeding conveyor (13), and the metering conveyor (15) can easily be combined and separated from the apparatus.

摘要: An apparatus for stabilizing the amount of belt-form edible dough produced per hour by a production system. The apparatus features a calculating device (67) to calculate the hourly throughput of the edible dough (W) by dividing the weight of the proper number of the divided edible dough bodies (W) by the time used to charge that proper number of the divided dough bodies (W). If by the calculation the hourly throughput of the edible dough is found to be below the predetermined goal, a controlling section (65) controls a motor (47) for gap-adjusting to expand the size of a gap for discharging between a pair of roller members (29L) and (29R). If the hourly throughput is found to be above the predetermined goal, the controlling section (65) controls the motor (47) to reduce the size of the gap for discharging.

摘要: The present invention is characterized in that in a simulation for predicting a steam pressure setpoint after grade change, an initial moisture percentage is evaluated from differences between bone-dry basis weights and between machine speeds before and after grade change; the bone-dry coated weight of a size is evaluated from the flow rate and concentration thereof; and then the dryer inlet moisture percentage of a web after a size press is calculated from the coated weight. Thus, the invention intends to improve the quality of products through precise dryer control, as well as reduce the time required for grade change, by precisely predicting the web's initial moisture percentage at the dryer inlet after grade change and precisely and quickly controlling dryer steam pressure during grade change.

摘要: Organic composite coated steel strips having improved corrosion resistance, weldability and coating adherence are obtained when an organic composite layer is applied to a chromate layer on a zinc or zinc base alloy plated steel substrate. The chromate layer containing up to 70% of Cr.sup.6+ based on the total chromium weight is coated in a weight of 5 to 500 mg/m.sup.2 of Cr. The organic composite layer is formed to a dry weight of 0.2 to 3.0 g/m.sup.2 from a coating composition comprising (A) a silica sol having silica dispersed in an organic solvent with a water content of up to 3.0%, the silica having an organic deposit on its surface in an amount of up to 5.0% of C based on the total silica weight, the silica having an average particle size of 0.05 to 3.0 .mu.m and a specific surface area of 50 to 800 m.sup.2 /g, and (B) an organic resin binder having a number average molecular weight of at least 2,000. The coated strips are suitable for use as automobile bodies by press forming.

摘要: A storage battery control device detects an overhead wire supply current value showing a sum of a current value output from a storage battery and a current value output from a transformer substation, and charging or discharging of the storage battery is controlled so that a charging rate of the storage battery becomes a charging rate target value when the detected overhead wire supply current value is less than a first threshold. In addition, charging or discharging of the storage battery is controlled so that the output voltage of the storage battery control device is maintained at a constant voltage control mode when the detected overhead wire supply current value is greater than or equal to the first threshold.

摘要: A stainless steel separator having gas channels including grooves and projections for fuel cells. The separator has a composition including about 0.03 mass percent or less of carbon; about 0.03 mass percent or less of nitrogen, the total content of carbon and nitrogen being about 0.03 mass percent or less; about 16 mass percent to about 45 mass percent chromium; about 0.5 mass percent to about 3.0 mass percent molybdenum; and the balance being iron and incidental impurities. The separator has a contact resistance of about 100 m&OHgr;·cm2 or less. Preferably, the projections have an arithmetic average surface roughness Ra in the range of about 0.01 to about 1.0 &mgr;m and a maximum height Ry in the range of about 0.01 to about 20 &mgr;m. The stainless steel separator preferably further includes about 0.001 to about 0.1 mass percent silver. A fuel cell including this separator exhibits a stable output voltage for a long period of time.
