    摘要: A method differentiates simultaneous and sequential key strokes by detecting simultaneous key strokes if two keys are pushed within a judging time T.sub.L. The method includes the steps of (a) measuring a first time T.sub.1 from a time when a first key is pushed to a time when a second key is pushed, and a second time T.sub.2 from the time when the second key is pushed to a time when one of the first and second keys is released, (b) comparing the first and second times T.sub.1 and T.sub.2 with an arbitrary threshold function T.sub.C which is set within the judging time T.sub.L, and (c) differentiating whether key strokes of the first and second keys are simultaneous or sequential based on a comparison result of the step (b).

    摘要: Organic composite coated steel strips having improved corrosion resistance, weldability and coating adherence are obtained when an organic composite layer is applied to a chromate layer on a zinc or zinc base alloy plated steel substrate. The chromate layer containing up to 70% of Cr.sup.6+ based on the total chromium weight is coated in a weight of 5 to 500 mg/m.sup.2 of Cr. The organic composite layer is formed to a dry weight of 0.2 to 3.0 g/m.sup.2 from a coating composition comprising (A) a silica sol having silica dispersed in an organic solvent with a water content of up to 3.0%, the silica having an organic deposit on its surface in an amount of up to 5.0% of C based on the total silica weight, the silica having an average particle size of 0.05 to 3.0 .mu.m and a specific surface area of 50 to 800 m.sup.2 /g, and (B) an organic resin binder having a number average molecular weight of at least 2,000. The coated strips are suitable for use as automobile bodies by press forming.

    摘要: A method of submerged arc welding of thick steel plates with a large heat input and flux for submerged arc welding which comprises: forming a groove having a multi-angle shape which has at least two different angular inclination when a single side submerged arc welding for perfect penetration is conducted under a condition of an welding heat input of 100 to 1000 kJ/cm; using submerged arc welding flux SiO.sub.2 : 5 to 28% by weight, MgO: 15 to 35% by weight, CaO: 5 to 15% by weight, CaF.sub.2 : 2 to 20% by weight, Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 : 5 to 15% by weight, and TiO.sub.2 : 2 to 10% by weight as the main components, and containing iron powder by 30% by weight or less and either or both of Si and Mn in the metallic form by 10% by weight, the submerged arc welding flux having a particle size distribution arranged such that the proportion of the particle size distribution arranged such that the proportion of the particle which have a size finer than 36 mesh is 20% by weight or less and the proportion of the particles which have a size 14 mesh or finer but 36 mesh or rougher is 60% by weight or more; and conducting the welding.
