Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for a sidelink, SL, communication comprising means for transmitting a transport block, TB, via the SL communication, means for receiving a feedback in response to the transmitted TB, means for storing information contained in the transmitted TB upon receiving said feedback, means for receiving a status report comprising information associated with the TB, and means for comparing said information contained in the status report with said stored information contained in the transmitted TB in order to identify an attacker based on discrepancy between said information contained in the status report and said stored information contained in the transmitted TB.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for multi-link establishment for sidelink (SL) enhancement. A method may include transmitting, to a user equipment, a coordination request for communication over a plurality of beams. Beamformed reference signals may be exchanged with the user equipment identifying corresponding beams of the apparatus and the user equipment. Coordination information comprising at least one of preferred or non-preferred time-frequency-beam resources of the user equipment may be received from the user equipment including preferred or non-preferred radio resources of the user equipment and associated simultaneous links for their communication. At least one of preferred or non-preferred time-frequency-beam resources may be determined for their communication. At least two time-frequency-beam resources associated with different beams of the plurality of beams may be selected based on the at least one of determined preferred or non-preferred time-frequency-beam resources of the apparatus. Data in the selected at least two time-frequency-beam resources associated with different beams of the plurality of beams may be transmitted to the user equipment.

Abstract: In accordance with example embodiments of the invention there is at least a method and apparatus to perform determining a first set of candidate single-slot resources for a physical sidelink shared channel transmission by a first user equipment; determining a second set of candidate multi-slot resources for the physical sidelink shared channel transmission by the first user equipment; and reporting at least one candidate single-slot resource from the first set and at least one candidate multi-slot resource from the second set to a higher layer for resource selection. Further, to perform determining a union set by forming a union of the first set and the second set; determining a subset of the union set by excluding a candidate resource at least based on whether the candidate resource overlaps with a resource reserved for transmission by a second user equipment; and reporting the determined subset to the higher layer for resource selection.

Abstract: An apparatus, method and computer program is described comprising: determining a set of candidate radio resources for transmitting data from a first communication node of a non-terrestrial network to a second communication node of the non-terrestrial network over a direct radio link; identifying one or more of the candidate radio resources as conflicting radio resources that conflict with at least one scheduled radio transmission in the non-terrestrial network based, at least in part, on a propagation delay associated with the at least one scheduled radio transmission and/or a propagation delay associated with the radio transmission by the first communication node; generating a subset of candidate radio resources by excluding the identified one or more conflicting radio resources from the set of candidate radio resources; and selecting a radio resource from the subset of candidate radio resources for transmitting the data over the direct radio link.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer readable storage medium provide sidelink beam alignment between devices. In the context of a method performed by a first user equipment (UE), the first UE causes transmission of a first plurality of reference signals to a second UE to facilitate selection of a first preferred beam among a plurality of beams of the second UE. The method also receives a second plurality of reference signals from the second UE using a plurality of beams of the first UE. The method further includes selecting a second preferred beam from the plurality of beams of the first UE based on the second plurality of reference signals.
