    Abstract: The present invention introduces a method and a system for base station cross-channel measurement control and configuration. A centralized unit (CU) (301, 601) of a base station configures (304, 305) at least two distributed units (DU) (302, 303, 602, 604) with DU sounding signaling transmission objects and DU cross-link measurement objects. The first DU (302) transmits (306) a sounding signal through an air interface (308) which the second DU (303) measures (307). The second DU (303) reports (309) this to the CU (301). Then the second DU (303) transmits (311) a sounding signal through an air interface (312) which the first DU (302) measures (310). The first DU (302) reports (313) this to the CU (301). Beam-forming can be applied as well. Also neighboring operators can be found by inter-frequency measurements of the sounding signals or Synchronization Signals. The CU (301, 601) can control the DUs (302, 303, 602, 604) with appropriate TDD switching patterns based on the found cross-link interference levels.

    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to attacker detection in ambient IoT. An apparatus receives at least one signal which is at least associated with a trick tag signal transmitted from a terminal device. The apparatus determines a number of attackers of a tag detection session based on the at least one signal. The apparatus transmits, to a network device, attacker information at least comprising the number of attackers. In this way, the NR element is enabled to identify and report jamming activities to the network in time. Therefore, the tag detection integrity can be guaranteed.

    Abstract: Interference management in calibration of a pre-distorter for a power amplifier of a user device. The method includes measuring strength of signals received via beams of one or more antenna arrays of a user equipment; ordering the beams on the basis of the measurement strengths; selecting from the ordered beams at least one beam for calibration of a pre-distorter for a power amplifier of the user equipment; obtaining information of available measurement resources for the calibration; transmitting a calibration signal using the selected beam at the time of the available measurement resources; receiving the calibration signal by another radio frequency chain of the antenna array which is not used in the transmission of the calibration signal; obtaining calibration information on the basis of the transmitted calibration signal and the received calibration signal; and calibrating the pre-distorter based on the calibration information.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for GIS-NR beamforming for mmWave. For example, certain embodiments may provide for beam realignment, through which a serving network node may be able to re-position its beam towards a UE without the UE explicitly measuring and signalling to the network node the need for realignment. Instead of performing the traditional UE-based exhaustive beam search, the serving network node may proactively switch the beam in an attempt to track the UE movements. The serving network node may do this by corroborating information from two types of sources: 1) a set of neighbor mobile or fixed network nodes and 2) a geographic information system (GIS).
