    Abstract: A biological information detection apparatus includes a detection unit which has a light receiving unit receiving light from a subject, a light transmitting member which is provided on a housing surface side in contact with the subject of the biological information detection apparatus, transmits light from the subject, and has a convex portion in contact with the subject to give a pressing force when measuring biological information of the subject, and a pressing force suppression unit which is disposed in periphery of the convex portion on or above the housing surface and suppresses the pressing force given to the subject by the convex portion. A groove portion is provided between the convex portion of the light transmitting member and the pressing force suppression unit.

    Abstract: A biological information detector includes a wristband, a housing, an opening, a light-emitting part, a reflecting part, a light-receiving part, and a protecting part. The opening is defined in a surface of the housing adapted to face a surface of the wrist of the user. The light-emitting part is disposed inside the housing and configured to emit green light. The reflecting part is disposed in periphery of the light emitting part, and configured to reflect the light emitted by the light-emitting part, wherein the reflecting part is disposed inside the housing.
