An information processing apparatus can communicate with a cosmetic dispenser configured to dispense at least one of a plurality of cosmetics based on recipe information indicating a usage amount of each of the plurality of cosmetics.
The apparatus includes a retrieve module configured to retrieve user-unique information unique to the user, the user-unique information including at least one of user attribute information related to the user's attributes, environmental information related to the user's environment, action information related to the user's action, and psychosomatic information related to the user's psychosomatic, skin information related to the user's skin, and information related to cosmetics which the user has used, a selection module configured to select the recipe information based on the user unique information among a plurality of recipe information, and a transmission module configured to transmit the selected recipe information to the cosmetic dispenser.

Abstract: The object is providing a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic having a property not present in the prior art, in which UV protection ability improve upon contact with water, sweat and the like in comparison with that directly after application, and also having pleasant texture and easy to wash off. The present invention provides a water-in-oil emulsion sunscreen cosmetic comprising (A) 6 to 40 mass % of a UV protective agent; (B) an organic-modified clay mineral; (C) an oil-phase-thickening agent, other than (B) and (D) a silicone-based surfactant having an HLB of less than 8, wherein the ratio, [total quantity of component (B) and component (C)]/[total quantity of (E) non-volatile liquid oils except silicone oils], is 0.04 or more and less than 0.68.

Abstract: The present invention has the purpose of providing an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic that contains a high quantity of an ultraviolet absorbing agent and an ultraviolet scattering agent in the oil phase and achieves a high SPF, while simultaneously having a Distinctive fresh feeling in use when applied to the skin. The present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic characterized by comprising (A) 0.05 to 1% by mass of a hydrophobically modified alkyl cellulose; (B) 5 to 40% by mass of an oil component; (C) 2.5 to 30% by mass of an ultraviolet scattering agent having a hydrophobic surface; and (D) a water phase thickener having low salinity tolerance; wherein the (C) ultraviolet scattering agent is dispersed in the oil phase.

Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-water emulsion composition exhibiting high UV-protective capabilities with which it is possible to uniformly and stably disperse a hydrophobized metal oxide into an inner phase (oil phase) without detracting from the inherent fresh sensation on use of an oil-in-water emulsion composition even when a high amount of the hydrophobized metal oxide is compounded therewith. In summary, the present invention is an oil-in-water emulsion composition characterized by including (A) 0.1-5 mass % of polyether-modified silicone having an HLB (Si) of 5-14, (B) one or more hydrophilic thickeners, (C) a metal oxide hydrophobized by an agent other than metal soap, and (D) nonvolatile oil other than silicone oil, the (C) hydrophobized metal oxide being present in the inner phase.
