摘要: A system for mixing acid and water can include a tank for holding acid, an acid pump for pumping acid out of the tank, an acid flow meter, an acid control valve, a water pump for pumping water, a water flow meter, a water control valve, a flush valve to selectively flush the system with water, and a controller to monitor the flow meters and control the pumps and the valves. The acid control valve and/or the water control valve can be an electronically controlled valve. The flush valve can be an electronically controlled valve to selectively permit water to flow from downstream of the water pump to upstream of the acid pump. The acid control valve, the water control valve, the flush valve, or any combination thereof can be throttled by the controller to control flow therethrough.

摘要: An automated computer-controlled sampling system and related methods for collecting, processing, and analyzing agricultural samples for various chemical properties such as plant available nutrients. The sampling system allows multiple samples to be processed and analyzed for different analytes or chemical properties in a simultaneous concurrent or semi-concurrent manner. Advantageously, the system can process soil samples in the “as collected” condition without drying or grinding. The system generally includes a sample preparation sub-system which receives soil samples collected by a probe collection sub-system and produces a slurry (i.e. mixture of soil, vegetation, and/or manure and water), and a chemical analysis sub-system which processes the prepared slurry samples for quantifying multiple analytes and/or chemical properties of the sample. The sample preparation and chemical analysis sub-systems can be used to analyze soil, vegetation, and/or manure samples.

摘要: Systems and methods for blending fluids are provided. A blended fluid may be obtained by mixing a first fluid from a first fluid source with a second fluid from a second fluid source. The blended fluid may be pumped by a pump arranged downstream of a point at which the first and second fluids are mixed, wherein no other pumps are upstream of the pump. First and second flow control valves that control the flow rate of the first and second fluids, respectively, are adjusted so as to reach a target flow rate of the blended fluid, the blended fluid having a target blend of the first fluid and the second fluid.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for preparing a high-purity arabinose crystal, comprising operations of dissolving, blending, ion exchange, decolorization and filtration, fine filtration, evaporation and concentration, crystallization, centrifugation, and drying performed in sequence on a low-purity arabinose crystal. Throughout the operations of preparing the arabinose crystal, a pH value of a material may be controlled between 4.3 and 7.5, and a temperature may not exceed 70° C. This prevents arabinose from transforming into impurities under a high temperature, thereby maintaining and improving a purity of the prepared arabinose crystal.

摘要: A chemical liquid preparation method of preparing a chemical liquid for treating a film formed on a substrate, including a gas dissolving process in which an oxygen-containing gas and an inert-gas-containing gas are dissolved in the chemical liquid by supplying the oxygen-containing gas which contains oxygen gas and the inert-gas-containing gas which contains an inert gas to a chemical liquid, wherein in the gas dissolving process, a dissolved oxygen concentration in the chemical liquid is adjusted by setting a mixing ratio between the oxygen-containing gas and the inert-gas-containing gas supplied to the chemical liquid as a mixing ratio corresponding to a predetermined target dissolved oxygen concentration.

Wastewater may be received and separated into a separated water component and a dewatered solids component on-site at or near a wastewater source. The separated water components may be treated on-site using an ancillary water treatment process. The dewatered solids may be converted to a biosolid with aid of one or more oxidizers and a blending chamber. The dewatered solids may be converted to a biosolid on-site at or near a wastewater source or may be converted to a biosolid off-site at a central solids processing facility.

摘要: A full-electric drive cementing control system is disclosed. The system includes: a water supply system for supplying clear water; an ash supply system for supplying dry ash; a slurry mixing system for performing a slurry mixing operation to form slurry; a plunger pump for pumping the slurry to a cementing operation object; and a control assembly for controlling, in response to a received cementing operation instruction, connection of a pipeline between an outlet of the water supply system and an inlet of the slurry mixing system and a pipeline between an outlet of the ash supply system and the inlet of the slurry mixing system, controlling, according to a preset slurry mixing parameter, the slurry mixing system to mix the clear water and the dry ash to form the slurry required for a cementing operation, and controlling, according to a preset perfusion parameter, a driving motor to drive the plunger pump to work, the cementing operation instruction carrying the preset slurry mixing parameter and the preset perfusion parameter.
