摘要: A system which determines a physical fitness level and an exercise and nutrition routine for the subject. The system comprises a non-transitory computer-readable medium encoded with computer executable instructions coupled to a processor, image system and display. The image system captures a front and side image of the subject's body. The system comprises a human machine interface whereby the subject's biographic data is entered into the system and is stored and retrieved from the computer medium. The system determines measurements of the subject's body, such as circumference measurements of the torso, neck, and a limbs from the images. The subject's physical fitness level determination is based on the biographic data and the body measurement developed from the images. An exercise routine and nutrition records database comprising a plurality of exercise and nutrition routine records filters said records based on filter criteria comprising the subject's biographic data and physical fitness level to provide at least one exercise and nutrition routine for the subject which is displayed for the subject.
