Abstract: The present invention discloses a solder paste laser induced forward transfer device and method. The device comprises a laser, a beam shaping module, an optical path adjustment module, a solder paste transfer module and a computer control system, wherein the laser is connected to the beam shaping module, followed by the optical path adjustment module, and the solder paste transfer module is located below the optical path adjustment module. The beam shaping module comprises a beam expanding lens, an aperture, a flat-top beam shaper and a spatial light modulator. The optical path adjustment module comprises a two-dimensional galvanometer and an f-θ lens. The solder paste transfer module consists of a transparent substrate, a solder paste film, a clamp, a Z-axis lifting table, a receiving substrate, and an XYZ precise moving platform. The computer control system consists of a computer and drivers of other devices. The device and method can achieve mask-free, non-contact and high-precision solder paste transfer, thereby greatly shortening the production cycle and reducing the production cost.

Abstract: A parallel platform tracking control apparatus and method using a visual device as a sensor are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a parallel platform body, a CCD camera (11), a lens (6), a camera light source (9), a computer (11), a Dspace semi-physical simulation controller, an ultrasonic motor driver and the like. The parallel platform comprises an ultrasonic linear motor (1), a linear grating encoder (5), a driven rod (2), a moving platform (3), a stationary platform (4) and the like. The CCD camera photographs the moving platform in a perpendicular and opposite manner, and the photographed images are subjected to an image processing algorithm to measure the position of the corresponding marker on the moving platform, which is not only applicable to measurement, but also implements real-time feedback of the termination position of the moving platform, such that a full closed-loop system is constituted. In this way, the parallel platform is precisely positioned.

Abstract: A multistable compliant mechanism is formed by connecting sequentially multiple basic units front to end to form a closed annular structure. Each basic unit includes two flexible hinges perpendicular to each other on different planes and two rigid connection parts for connecting the flexible hinges. The two flexible hinges are connected by a rigid connection part, and one of the flexible hinges is connected to a flexible hinge of an adjacent basic unit through the other rigid connection part. Lengths of two rigid connection parts in a same basic unit are equal, but lengths of rigid connection parts of different basic units are not necessarily equal. The multistable compliant mechanism features the continuous rotation and multi-steady state of a tri-compliant mechanism. The multistable compliant mechanism also features variable mechanism topology, an adjustable unit number, easy implementation, and promotion. A method for steady state analysis of the multistable compliant mechanism is also provided.

Abstract: A design method of topology optimization for flexible hinge is disclosed in the invention, comprising following steps: step 1: establishing a design model of topology optimization for flexible hinge, setting an outline of flexible hinge with a typical notch as a shape of design domain and defining a rigid region (non-design domain); step 2: establishing a finite element model of topology optimization for flexible hinge; step 3: establishing a mathematical model of topology optimization problem for flexible hinge based on the finite element model; step 4: calculating a sensitivity of topology optimization problem for flexible hinge; step 5: employing an optimization algorithm to solve the topology optimization problem for flexible hinge, updating a design variable and obtaining a final topology result graph; step 6: according to the final topology result graph obtained by the topology optimization, extracting its outline and obtaining a novel flexible hinge by appropriate modification. Using the method of topology optimization, the invention designs the flexible hinge on a concept level. The novel flexible hinge can be designed with a more complex structure and more excellent performances, having a larger flexibility, a higher precision and a smaller maximum stress.
