摘要: An electronic device includes a short-range wireless communication circuit that performs first short-range wireless communication based on a first protocol and second short-range wireless communication based on a second protocol, and a processor that connects the first short-range wireless communication with a peripheral device through the short-range wireless communication circuit, transmits a service discovery frame including service information associated with the peripheral device to devices included in a cluster configured to include the electronic device through the second short-range wireless communication when a trigger event occurs, establishes a wireless data communication path with an external electronic device, which transmits a message in response to the service discovery frame to the electronic device through the second short-range wireless communication, from among the devices included in the cluster, and transmits input information received from the peripheral device through the short-range wireless communication circuit or control information corresponding to the input information to the external electronic device through the wireless data communication path.

摘要: An electronic device is provided, which includes a first communication circuit supporting a neighbor awareness networking (NAN) protocol; a second communication circuit configured to support a second protocol different from the NAN protocol; a memory; and a processor operatively connected to the first communication circuit, the second communication circuit, and the memory. The processor is configured to activate the NAN protocol supported by the first communication circuit, receive data from at least one external electronic device during a discovery window (DW) interval synchronized in a cluster via the first communication circuit, identify whether identification information of the at least one external electronic device having transmitted the data is stored in the memory, if the identification information of the at least one external electronic device is stored in the memory, store, in the memory, information that is obtained by matching at least a part of the received data with the identification information, and if a request for performing a service is received, display information of the at least one external electronic device configured to perform the service, based on the information stored in the memory.

摘要: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device for setting up a network of an external device by using a voice input and a method for operating the same. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a network interface; a wireless communication circuit configured to provide at least one wireless network; a processor operatively connected to the network interface and to the wireless communication circuit; and a memory operatively connected to the processor. The memory is configured to store a selected SSID and at least one piece of user account information. The memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to receive the selected SSID from a first external device comprising a speaker and a microphone through the wireless communication circuit; to receive first device information of the first external device from the first external device through the wireless communication circuit; to connect the first external device to the wireless network at least temporarily; to transmit the first device information and the user account information to an external server through the network interface; to receive first data including information regarding a setup utterance related to the user account information from the external server through the network interface; and to transmit at least a part of the first data to the first external device through the wireless communication circuit. Various other embodiments are also possible.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to control a service set in a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system comprises: a first access point (AP) comprising a first wireless fidelity (WiFi) communication circuit for providing a first basic service set (BSS); and a second AP comprising a second WiFi communication circuit for providing a second BSS. The first WiFi communication circuit wirelessly receives, from a first mobile station, a first connection request including information on a wireless LAN standard of the first mobile station, wirelessly provides a second mobile station with at least a part of the information, wirelessly receives, from the second mobile station, an approval of a connection of the first mobile station thereto, and after receiving the approval, disconnects a first wireless connection from the first mobile station. The second WiFi communication circuit wirelessly receives an approval from the second mobile station, wirelessly receives a second connection request from the first mobile station, establishes a second wireless connection with the first mobile station on the basis of the approval, and exchanges data with the first mobile station through the second wireless connection. Other embodiments are also possible.

摘要: The electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a housing structure; a user interface located in the housing structure; a network interface that can be connected by wire or wirelessly; a wireless communication circuit configured to communicate with an external device by using frequencies between 10 GHz and 100 GHz; a processor located in the housing structure and operatively connected to the user interface, the network interface, and the wireless communication circuit; and a memory located in the housing structure and operatively connected to the processor. When the memory is running, the processor may: establish a first communication channel with a first external device by means of the wireless communication circuit; receive authentication information from the first external device by means of the first communication channel; receive data from the first external device by means of the first communication channel, while or after receiving the authentication information; store the received data in the memory at least temporarily; establish a second communication channel with a second external device by means of the network interface, by using the authentication information; and store commands for transmitting the stored data to the second external device by means of the second communication channel. Other embodiments are possible.

摘要: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device for controlling communications. The electronic device may comprise: a housing including a first side and a second side facing the first side; a touch screen display exposed through the first side; a wireless communication unit for generating a directional beam in order to establish a wireless communication channel with an external electronic device; a sensor mounted in the housing; at least one processor mounted in the housing and electrically coupled to the display, the wireless communication unit and the sensor; and a memory mounted in the housing and electrically coupled to the at least one processor. The memory according to the various embodiments of the present invention is, when executed, characterized in that the processor is configured to: perform a first direction search for determining the direction of the directional beam corresponding to a first section, wherein the first section falls within a range corresponding to the direction of the electronic device; detect a change in direction of the electronic device by using the wireless communication unit and the sensor; and in response to the change of direction, perform, at least partially, a second direction search corresponding to a second section on the basis of the detected direction change, wherein the second section falls within a range corresponding to the changed direction of the electronic device, and the second section has a smaller range than that of the first section. Other embodiments are possible.
