摘要: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise an ultra-wideband (UWB) communication circuit, a Wi-Fi communication circuit and a processor controlling the UWB communication circuit and the Wi-Fi communication circuit. The processor may be configured to identify an operation channel of the UWB communication circuit, identify a communication band of the Wi-Fi communication circuit, overlapping the operation channel of the UWB communication circuit, and when the communication band overlapping the operation channel is activated, determine whether to simultaneously perform Wi-Fi communication through the activated communication band and UWB communication through the operation channel. Other various embodiments are possible as well.

摘要: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a first antenna and a second antenna which are disposed near at least one edge of the housing inside the housing and a first distance away from each other, wherein the first antenna and second antenna are positioned different distances away from an edge vertical to the one edge, a communication circuit operatively connected to the first antenna and second antenna, at least one sensor, a processor, and a memory. The memory can store instructions which, when executed, enable the processor to identify the posture of the electronic device by means of at least one sensor, if the identified posture of the electronic device is a landscape state, determine the position of at least one external electronic device on the basis of at least one signal received from the at least one external electronic device, and, if the identified posture of the electronic device is a portrait state, determine the position of an external electronic device on the basis of a signal received from the external electronic device positioned in a direction which is determined on the basis of the placements of the first antenna and second antenna among the at least one external electronic device.

摘要: A method includes obtaining signal information based on wireless signals received from an external electronic device via a first antenna pair and a second antenna pair. The first and second antenna pairs are aligned along different axes. The signal information includes channel information, range information, a first angle of arrival (AoA) based on the first antenna pair, and a second AoA based on the second antenna pair. The method also includes generating an initial prediction of a presence of the external electronic device relative to a field of view (FoV) of the electronic device. The method further includes performing a smoothing operation on the range information and the first and second AoA, the smoothing operation generating a predicted location of the external electronic device relative to the FoV of the electronic device. Additionally, the method includes generating, based on the smoothing operation, confidence values associated with the predicted location.

摘要: An electronic device includes an ultra-wide band (UWB) communication module; a memory; and a processor operably connected to the UWB communication module and the memory, wherein the processor is configured to receive, through the UWB communication module, a first message from a first external electronic device at a first time slot; store, in the memory, the first message and a receiving time of the first message; receive, through the UWB communication module, a second message from a second external electronic device at a second time slot; store, in the memory, the second message and a receiving time of the second message; identify a time schedule information for transmitting a third message to the first external electronic device and the second external electronic device, the time schedule information including a transmitting time of the third message; obtain first time information regarding a period of time between the receiving time of the first message and the transmitting time of the third message and second time information regarding a period of time between the receiving time of the second message and the transmitting time of the third message; and transmit, through the UWB communication module, the third message including the first time information and the second time information to the first external electronic device and the second external electronic device at a third time slot.

摘要: An electronic device and a method of the electronic device for performing localization in a wireless communication system are provided. The electronic device and method comprise: receiving, from a plurality of anchor nodes, signals for the localization; performing ranging measurements of the signals based on a range and an angle of arrival (AoA) of the signals; determining whether at least one of the plurality of anchor nodes is not detected based on the ranging measurements; determining, based on a determination that the at least one anchor node is not detected based on the ranging measurements, whether at least one other anchor node in the plurality of anchor nodes is located on a line of sight (LOS) from the electronic device, wherein the LOS is determined based on the AoA of the signals; and performing the localization based on the at least one other anchor node.
