    Abstract: Provided is a compressor including a valve unit including: at least two guide pins passing through a discharge valve; and through holes allowing the guide pins to pass therethrough to control oblique motion of the discharge valve with respect to a horizontal direction during up and down movement of the discharge valve. When the discharge valve obliquely moves up and down with respect to the horizontal direction, the guide pin comes into contact with at least two points of an inner circumferential surface of the through hole so that the oblique movement of the discharge valve is restricted, thereby improving the durability of the discharge valve and reducing noise during operation of the compression.

    Abstract: A scroll compressor to prevent reverse flow of refrigerant and reducing flow noise. The scroll compressor efficiently distribute refrigerant suctioned into the scroll compressor to a compression chamber and a drive unit. The scroll compressor includes a main body, a fixed scroll fixedly installed in the main body, an orbiting scroll configured to engage with the fixed scroll and perform a relative orbiting motion, and to form a compression chamber with the fixed scroll, a partition plate disposed above the fixed scroll to separate an inside of the main body into a low-pressure portion and a high-pressure portion, a first check valve installed at a discharge port of the fixed scroll to open and close the discharge port, and a second check valve installed on the partition plate to open and close an opening allowing communication between the low-pressure portion and the high-pressure portion.

    Abstract: A compressor includes a discharge guide provided to communicate a discharge port and a bypass port to a discharge cover so that refrigerant discharged from the discharge port and the bypass port is guided to the discharge cover and a middle-pressure chamber formed by the fixed scroll, the back-pressure cover, and the discharge guide. The compressor according to the embodiments guarantees the space in which the bypass valve can be installed by a discharge guide mounted to a discharge portion of the fixed scroll, and at the same time forms the middle pressure portion, resulting in efficiency improvement of the compressor. The compressor according to the embodiments reduces noise and vibration generated from the discharge portion of the fixed scroll by the discharge guide.

    Abstract: A compressor provided with an oil stabilizing member capable of preventing oil stored in an oil storage space from being scattered is provided. A compressor may include a closed container provided with an inlet port and an outlet port, a compression unit configured to compress refrigerant introduced into an inside the closed container through the inlet port, a driving unit configured to provide a driving force to drive the compression unit, a rotating shaft configured to deliver the driving force to the compression unit, an oil storage space formed at a lower portion of an inside the closed container and configured to store a predetermined oil to come into contact with one end portion of the rotating shaft, and an oil stabilizing member installed so as to move along a surface of oil formed at the oil storage space, thereby preventing the oil from being scattered and thus released through the outlet port, wherein the oil stabilizing member floating on the surface of the oil prevents oil from being scattered upward according to operation of the compressor.

The oil groove is extended into the form of an arc by being rotated by about 270 degrees or more along the circumference of the fixed scroll to cover the compressing chamber from the outside of the compressing chamber to supply oil all across the area of the contact portion easier which leads to more reliable operation of the compressor.
