    摘要: A compressor may include first and second scrolls, and an axial biasing chamber. Spiral wraps of the scrolls mesh with each other and form compression pockets including a suction-pressure compression pocket, a discharge-pressure compression pocket, and intermediate-pressure compression pockets. The axial biasing chamber may be disposed axially between the second end plate and a component. Working fluid disposed within the axial biasing chamber may axially bias the second scroll toward the first scroll. The second end plate includes outer and inner ports. The outer port is disposed radially outward relative to the inner port. The outer port may be open to a first one of the intermediate-pressure compression pockets and in selective fluid communication with the axial biasing chamber. The inner port may be open to a second one of the intermediate-pressure compression pockets and in selective fluid communication with the axial biasing chamber.

Upper and lower eccentric bushes are fitted over the upper and lower eccentric cams, respectively, with a slot provided there between. A locking pin changes a position of the upper or lower eccentric bush to a maximum eccentric position. Upper and lower brake units are, respectively, provided between the upper eccentric cam and the upper eccentric bush, and between the lower eccentric cam and the lower eccentric bush. The upper and lower brake units, respectively, include first and second upper brake balls, and first and second lower brake balls, to restrain the upper and lower eccentric bushes.

The recess has an inclined edge extending at an angle to the end plate upon which each lap stands upright.     摘要: A variable capacity vane compressor includes a bearing arrangement having a radial bearing radially supporting a drive shaft of the compressor, and a thrust bearing rotatably supporting a capacity control element. The bearing arrangement comprises an annular member fixed in a through hole formed through a side block of the compressor, through which the drive shaft extends. The annular member has an inner peripheral surface in which the radial and thrust bearings are received. The annular member is formed of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion substantially equal to that of a material forming the radial bearing. The thrust bearing has a first race disposed on a side thereof close to a rotor of the compressor, and a second race disposed on a side remote from the rotor. The first race is force-fitted in a through hole formed through the capacity control element and slidably fitted in the inner peripheral surface of the annular member. The first and second races have respective inner peripheral surfaces thereof spaced from an outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft.

    摘要: In a variable-delivery vane-type rotary compressor, a rotational displacement of an adjust member relative to a front member fixedly closing a front end of a cam ring varies a compression starting point of a rotary vane in a working chamber formed in the cam ring. The rotational displacement of the adjust member is controlled by an adjust member actuating unit in response to a pilot pressure applied to the adjust member actuating unit from a pilot pressure applying unit. The pilot pressure applying unit includes a first passage communicating the adjust member actuating unit with a valve unit, a second passage communicating an induction chamber with the valve unit, and a third passage communicating a discharge chamber with the valve unit. The valve unit, when it is most displaced in a first direction, fully blocks the communication between the adjust member actuating unit and the induction chamber through the first and second passages while allowing the communication between the adjust member actuating unit and the discharge chamber through the first and third passages for applying a pressure within the discharge chamber to the adjust member actuating unit as the pilot pressure. On the other hand, the valve unit, when it is most displaced in a second direction opposite to the first direction, fully opens the communication between the adjust member actuating unit and the induction chamber through the first and second passages for applying a pressure within the induction chamber to the adjust member actuating unit as the pilot pressure.

    摘要: A variable capacity vane compressor has a cylinder within which a pair of compression spaces are defined between the cylinder and a rotor rotatably received within the cylinder at diametrically opposite locations, and a control element disposed in the cylinder for rotation about its own axis in circumferentially opposite directions in response to a difference between pressure from a lower pressure zone and pressure from a higher pressure zone. The control element has its outer peripheral edge formed with a pair of cut-out portions at substantially diametrically opposite locations, which each have a leading end in the direction of rotation of the rotor. The rotation of the control element causes a change in the circumferential position of each cut-out portion to thereby vary the timing of commencement of compression in the corresponding compression space and hence vary the compressor capacity. The leading ends of the cut-out portions are located at diametrically asymmetric locations to provide a difference in the timing of commencement of compression between the compression spaces. Therefore, the compressor as a whole is free from insufficient compression and can provide sufficient discharge pressure even when it assumes the minimum capacity position.

    摘要: A variable capacity type vane compressor comprising a cylinder having an oblong cylinder bore and a rotor with radial vanes rotatably inserted in the cylinder so that the radially outer ends of the vanes are in slidable contact with the cylinder bore surface to form compression chambers therebetween. A movable capacity control disk is arranged at an interface between one side plate and the rotor to control the quantity of introduced gas and/or returned compressed gas to vary a capacity of the compressor. The capacity control disk is moved by a spool actuator inserted in a spool cylinder having opposed working chambers. Gas under output pressure is introduced into the first working chamber, and oil under output pressure is introduced into the second working chamber, while a leak passage relieves the oil pressure to an intermediate pressure. A spring is also arranged in the second working chamber to urge the spool, and a valve is arranged in the oil passage close to the second working chamber to regulate the movement of the spool in response to a predetermined requirement.
